I've finished downloading the software update for my vivaz and now im trying 2 install it but it keeps dropping out any idea on how to fix this so it wont continuously drop out

I am using "Sony Ericsson Vivaz". First time I had install some "sys" files and "jar" files, but now can't install sys files, now installing jar files and java files only, getting tow type error messages, if the mobile date is correct "certificate expired". When I am changing time to back certificate may not yet be valid, is expired or the phone date set may be incorrect". I am already done formating phone, memory card and updating.

View 1 Replies View RelatedWanted to start a poll but saw that one already exists on the subject of the Vivaz being updated.I know this doesn't guarantee an update for our devices but we can try, as it will be very disappointing if it is not update and turn people away from Sony ericsson.Everyone is singing the same song, great hardware, bad software. My Vivaz is having problems by saying I have used all the phone memory, when I haven't. I check the memory and apparently there is 33mb used by "other". There is no "other!". So I was thinking of updating my phone to wipe it and start again and see if this fixes the problem. I downloaded a newer version of the update service for my computer, turn off my phone, take out the battery, re insert the battery, hold the call button, plug the usb in and after a good while, still nothing has happened. And then the update service decided to freeze and won't let me exit so I keep having to restart my computer. What is wrong with the update service/my phone?

Now I stay in India but after one month while updating software, I lost the a game "RALLY MASTER PRO" from my handset. When I tried reinstalling this game from installation file, I got a message on screen "could not be installed". Now unfortunately I lost the installation file from folder. Please help in this regards or please send me the installation file if anyone has.

Then I noticed the applications I had installed in the memory card are not longer displayed on the screen, and when I try to take a photo it says there is no memory card and that they will be stored in the phone's memory. Additionally, when I try to reinstall the applications I always get the message File error. What is happening to my phone? How can I fix all these problems?

View 2 Replies View RelatedHad my vivaz a month or so now supplied by 3, it came with some demos already installed on the phone, i went to try tetris but instead of offering to let me play it i had to buy it. Anyway i bought the game from my phone and when i go to play, the bottom half of the screen is filled with a cursor interface (with up down left right buttons then A B C D along the bottom) and the top half is tetris.... when i start the game i get asked if i want sound enabled but cant see the yes or no options beacuse of the interface blocking bottom half of phone (no matter what, all i can do is continue with the sound on which is annoying!) then i get a option to play game, i press random buttons and then the game starts.... i cant move the blocks left or right and i cant see where they are landing. Can you remove the cursor interface on the vivaz? Dont want to buy anymore games unless i get this same problem.

When I put my memory card in which I used in my old vivaz, it still says there is no music, photos or videos. Although when I have put my memory card in different phones to check it hasn't been wiped or something, my stuff comes up. Just not when my memory card is in this new phone. When it's downloaded it looks like half the phone screen are the "web" pages and the lower half is a "navigation pad" with a central "select" button. When I go to place a bet via this app, the "select" button is supposed to make the keypad pop up so that amounts can be entered but nothing happens. I've been on to Paddy Power and they say they have tested the app and all is working fine and that it MUST be a Sony Ericsson problem. now I don't really see how this can be
