I love the K850i. I could take a picture of a desk fan turned on with it, and it would look like it was off. Its image stabilizer was simply amazing. I never go down mega pixels. I currently have a w995. But, how good is the C905 for image stabilization? I tried the Satio. No good. Nor was Aino. I guess my question is what phone has got image stabilization the same as the k850i with over 5mp.
View 14 RepliesI have an IPhone but its camera doesn't meet my expectations, especially the nonexisting flash. So I've decided to have a phone with a real flash to take pictures. I find these two phones as the best options for me. I can understand that c901 would be better in this area because of being latest released camera phone by SE. C901 costs twice as much. Does the difference in price reflect the image quality? I mean, does the camera on c901 produce way better pictures than the one in k850i?

So today i have decided to reset it anyhow and while playing with my phone K850i - A2 phone, db3150, BINGO, i found the way. May be this should work with all platform phones. But still this has to be confirmed by the owner of different platform phones. The solution is- look in your FS in this folder. tpa/preset/default now delete this file- 'security_domain_settings'. That's it. Your Phone Lock Code is reset to 0000.Before deleting you might want to back up that file. Though it is not required. Tested by me.Pls confirm this method by different platform phone users. edit: Just found that by deleting this file, it is not recreated. so there might be some functions which will not be able to use if you delete it. But by activating it, it serves the purpose. asking for passward and all. if you give wrong passward, it will not let you access. Do it at your risk. this means if you forget the passward again, you will not able to retrive it. edit 2 : By flashing the phone this file is recreated and you will have the same passward as you have set after deleting that file. In my opnion, just flash your phone after you use the above mentioned method.

View 14 Replies View RelatedOK, I have searched all over and can't find where to set the Image Stabilization on the Torch. The documentation says to do this:
# On the Home screen, click the Camera icon.
# Press the Menu key key > Options.
# Select the Image Stabilization check box.
# Press the Menu key key > Save.
I don't have IS under Options - only Digital Zoom, Picture Review, Image Size, Convenience Keys, Storage and Store Pictures.
Basically my K850i, has always remembered the time + date when I've removed the battery for a short period of time. However recently this no longer work, which is really annoying.I don't know how it used to remember it, but is it a capacitor and could this be broken? Or is there a smaller battery inside.Real time clock says 'ok' but I'm clueless as to what that means!

I cannot send emails so the outgoing server is the problem. I have tried several different email addresses with no luck. I used the same settings as I use on my PC to set up the SMTP settings. When I try to send the screen doesn't respond and the mail stops in the Outbox.

1. Network
2. Network Subset.
By clicking any one you get another menu titled MNC Length. Under that two options are there. MNC2 & MNC3. By clicking any one you get password request.Can anyone know or explain me the use of it.

I don't have them any more. Ok, so searching around the forum, I found out that I have to debrand the phone? I have no "PlayNow" icon in the top left corner. Only a "Netcom" icon, which is a provider(?) here in Norway. Can someone please tell me how I do this? Do I have to "brand" it or whatever after I have debranded it? I don't understand this. I just want to get rid of the Netcom icons and get back the flash menu.

It's the same it you ever sneeze on you're computer screen and the colour dots. It's really off putting, so I was wondering what fix there is for this? Without having to replace the whole screen.
