May 5, 2010I purchased a nokia n97 mini phone a couple of days ago, and im annoyed with the built in dude voice "Martin" that keeps talking whenever i get a call and my ringing tone starts off.. it just lowers it and pronounces the name of the caller with this robot way of talking.
I cant seem to disable it cuz i cannot neither delete it, lower its volume to 0 nor find a "turn off" option in the "Settings -> Phone -> Speech

Jun 22, 2010I bought my X6 1 month ago and now it doesn't want to charge or turn on. Before this happened I was on the phone talking and I had low battery so I decided to put my charger in while I was talking. I have charged it all night and it still won't turn on.

Apr 10, 2010i have a problem when trying to charge my N900. It happens since day one and after upgrade to new one. It also happens after a reflash to older version and with no software installed. It happens when using the wall charger and using the USB cable connected to my laptop.
I plug my N900 and it starts charging, after a while it will stop. Sometimes it happens a few minutes after i plug it, sometimes it will happen after more time. When i unplug and replug it will start charging again and repeat the same process again: it will eventually say not charging. It happens when the phone is turned on and off. I have left my N900 plugged for hours and the light that indicates is charging just stops. Even when left 24 hours battery-eye applicaiton shows that the maximum it will get is around 40%
Do you think is a battery issue and is a matter of changing it or should i get a new device?
BB Curve :: Screen Turns White, Only Starts If Charging?
Jun 30, 2012My Blackberry 8250 screen turns white and stays white until i charge it. When i charge it, its perfectly normal but as soon as i take the charger off, 2-3 minutes later, the screens white again! Even though the battery is well above 80% the screen still goes white!
Do i need a new battery?
Motorola Droid Razr :: Music Starts Playing When Charging?
Jul 2, 2012Weird glitch I noticed in the first 2-3 days post ICS. Everything seems to be normal with the phone, except for the fact that when I plug it into a charger, this will automatically trigger the device to start playing the same song. The song plays all the way through once and then ends, after which everything is normal again. While the song is playing, I can't determine which program is responsible for playing the music so that I can stop it. There is no app or icon that pops up to indicate that music is being played, it's just as if the music is being conjured out of thin air. If I try playing a track on either Google Music or My Music during this time, the second track will start playing at the same time as the first, almost as if the software doesn't recognize that another song is already playing.
Again, this only occurs when I plug the phone into a charger. Happens consistently whether it's a wall charger, usb or car charger. I've been searcing like crazy through Settings and Smart Actions to see what's causing it, but have come up empty so far. Tried rebooting a few times (both hard and soft reset), clearing out the cache....everything except a factory reset which I'd prefer to avoid if at all possible. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've been scrolling through various message boards but haven't seen any examples of this yet.

Jun 26, 2012i've had an iphone 3gs for a while now and was happy with it. i normally let my 7yr-old daughter play games and watch Internet clips on it, but i don't know what she did this morning that now my iphone talks with every command, i have to touch to select and then double-tap for the command to go through, i am having trouble now just trying to type in my password to get into the phone to even see if there is a way to try and take off of what seems to be a seeing-impaired setting.

Jan 30, 2012I used to have the BB Tour but, due to an unfortunate incident involving some water, it had to be replaced. While the phone had a few quirks, overall I was pleased with my BB so I decided to get another one. I'm starting to think that was a mistake. This phone gets very hot during calls. I'm assuming it has something to do with the heat that also causes the battery to drain quite quickly. There is also an extremely annoying quirk of the audio cutting in and out during calls.
