Oct 20, 2012Can anyone tell me if you can clear Google's search history, when I type into the search bar, a drop down appears with previous search queries. I have set my phone history so as not to save visited web pages. I'm due an upgrade and plan to pass on my phone so would like to clear all Google search data.

However, it turns out that the previous owner used this phone to look at pornographic websites. These sites are still in the browser history. One wrong click and one of these dirty websites opens.I've tried to erase the browser history using the "clear private data" option, but when I select "Go to web address", it still displays a list of urls pointing to these bad websites.Any suggestions how I can properly clear the browser history?

May 30, 2010I want to Clear my mobile RAM from unwanted usage (chicked in nokia Energy pro.). Before running some programe the software shows 64 to 68 MB (Switch off and switch on). After running some program, that Energy pro. Shows 82 to 86 MB. Now my problem is, after closing that application the Energy Pro. shows 74 to 76 MB. Why is this memory occupied over there? Aug 7, 2012Every time I go to Google News and click on a news item and then press the Back button, I am taken to a Google news page cached a week ago. If I refresh the page, I get the latest news page, but browsing to a news item and then attempting to return to the home page takes me back to the old cached page. The only way to clear cache is to delete the History in the browser settings and I have done this several times but to no avail. I am unable to understand why the old news page keeps coming up.

Dec 20, 2011I've recently bought a Nokia 700 and for few days I'm experiencing this weird problem.Every single connection drops (3G, Wi-Fi and USB. Haven't tested NFC yet) at random times and I can't reconnect. It always says after that it can't connect and the connections are unavailable.After turning the phone off and then on again, everything is back to normal. I can normally connect to the 3G connection, Wi-Fi and USB.It's pretty annoying as I always have to restart my phone in order to connect via USB or to the Internet when it happens.Anyone else who is experiencing the same problem or has any solutions to this?

The phone works fine with BT devices that were already paired but won't pair new ones. I've tried the new Headset on another phone and no problems, even my computer pairs with it so it's my N8 for sure.

I didn't find it.If I have activate the fm-transmitter in my car and nokia maps is running as well, the output of the music comes over the radio, but the output voice of nokia maps comes over the phone. If any advise comes from nokia maps, the connections interrupt via fm-transmitter completly.During the time of the nokia maps advise both, music and nokia maps, sending the sound via phone. Nov 14, 2012i'm using a nokia n8 phone and i used to keep a copy of my photos and videos on my pc using nokia suite, i just clicked on the gallery sync. button and it was done.i recently bought a new memory card and i started downloading videos by the (Internet downloader) app. i have now like 7gb of videos on my memory card.the problem is that now every time i try to sync. the gallery, nokia suite makes a copy of all downloaded videos on my computer. is it possible to set nokia suite to sync. only the photos and the videos taken by the camera and ignore the downloaded videos?

When I entered it, it just said "Service temporarily unavailable.lease try later". Same thing happened with Social. I hoped that this would get solved with symbian anna, but it didn't. Now, when i enter the app, only the loading screen appears, the one with welcome to ovi, an then nothing. It just exits the app. Note that I uninstalled and reinstalled these apps many, many times, but still, they do not work.
