Nov 5, 2012Recently I have just moved to Spain, therefore I have unlocked my C7 and bought a new Spanish sim (Yoigo) for mainly accessing the internet. However I am unable to access the Yoigo internet. Everytime I try to, it says 'Connecting to T-Mobile internet' (My old provider). I've tried all sorts of settings but no luck. Anyone know what I can do?

Feb 14, 2012I have updated my N8 to Belle via Nokia Suite. Now I am getting Internet connection failure (GPRS and 3G) while connecting. I have checked this with two other sim on which internet is already activated.
But when I do a hard reset to my phone, I get the internet activated for a while (I also keep WiFi disabled as I don't want it).

Jan 7, 2013I just received my 808 replaced by Nokia for the 3G bug issue. Now I have been noticing that annoying Connection Failed connection unavailable message every few seconds. Turned the positioning methods OFF and the frequency of the error message goes away but it still pops up every few minutes. I did a hard reset, removed the memory card where most of my apps are installed and it still gives me that same error. Ordered a new SIM to see if that makes any difference - none - Still same error message. That message is so annoying. Anyone have any other ideas that I could try ? Privacy mode is OFF also.

I can do "Connect to Internet" (from the tools menu) when the phone is linked via the USB cable. When it's on the Bluetooth, the option "Connect to Internet" is greyed out and not available.
Even if I go Tools -> Options, when I click "Connect to Internet" to configure something, PC Suite shows "You must connect your device to be able to change settings".

Mar 2, 2010I just got a new Nokia N97 mini today. I was really excited to log onto the internet, but it doesn't work, using O2 Mobile Web on pay as you go (unlimited internet).
I can log onto the internet if I connect to my router, through the WLAN, but I'm assuming you can connect through the network provider too, for if you want to use the internet while out of the house?
I called up O2 services and they set they didn't have any listed settings that they could send to me, and that it would be best if I just look through google.
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with O2, and if it could be fixed? Or if I should just get a new SIM card with another network that can provide unlimited internet on pay as you go, and that WILL work on my new phone?

After successfully getting everything to work I noticed that my internet connection to Orange always switches on, even after going to connection manager and disabling it. I have tried everything I know but am unable to stop the phone doing this. It really drains the battery. Any help to understand why this is happening and a solution to stop it would be greatly appreciated.

Mar 23, 2010My X6 started playing an audio alert every now and then. When this happens, the screen stays dark and there is no notifications. I found that when I hold the red button the phone asks if it can close the data packet connection. After a while it connects again automatically. There is no open applications. I have changed the internet connection so that it asks for user confirmation and if I cancel it, it just pops up again after a while. How can I determine which process or application is trying to access the internet?

Oct 23, 2011I want to transfer photos/videos from my N8 (defaulted to save in the Mass Memory) to my pc. I set the transfer default on my N8 to Mass Memory for USB transfer and connect to the pc. On my pc the phone shows up as Removable Disk (G). Clicking on it it shows all the folders but there is absolutely nothing in any of them although they exist in the mass memory folders on the phone.
