My N86 have a really strange problem, the photo album opens in landscape mode when I lay down the phone on the table. The accelerometer is deactivated. Anyone else who have this problem?

So I finally set up my photo stream. For about 24 hours it was working. Now when I take a picture it does not save to the photo stream album on my phone. It says that the Photo Stream is ON but it doesnt seem to be working.

Coming from a N70, I consider upgrading to a X6. However, I found typing on my wife's 5800 (landscape qwerty mode) quite erroneous and hard to get used to. Can anyone who has used both the 5800 and the X6 intensively let me know how they compare in terms of typing ease and speed?
View 17 Replies View RelatedI purchased a nokia 5230/5233 a month ago, everything worked fine until until the day before, at about 7:30 in the evening the day before, I discovered my screen wouldn't go into the landscape mode upon tilting, i restarted the phone, removed battery, formatted my memory card (could be a possibility of some corrupt 3rd party software install), later my friend suggested restoring the factory settings, I did so and everything was normal, the screen would go into landscape mode, but yesterday at around same time the problem recurred exactly after about 24 hrs, restored the factory settings and now things work what could be this problem? can someone throw light into this?

View 19 Replies View Relatedme and my brother use this nokia n8 for internet browsing, camera, and gaming.recently, i realized that the phone loses wifi signal when i hold it in landscape mode. when the phone is in portrait mode, the signal range shows 20-35%, but when i tilt the phone to landscape, the signal drops to 2-6%. it's funny when i'm watching videos on Internet, because i have to tilt my head instead of the phone and i can't use the advantage of the full stretched keyboard - with the tiny keyboard which is designed for one hand operation, i as a quicktyper have to correct every second word that i write.

When I switched from Android to my iPhone 4S, I somehow ended up with a photo album called "Android pics" on the iPhone that contains photos that had previously existed on my Galaxy. I want to remove them from my phone. I can select the individual images, but there is no "Delete" like there is in the Camera Roll or Photo Stream. If I select "Edit" from the Albums page, the Camera Roll and Photo Streams gray out but I still can't select on the Android folder. What have I done and how on earth do I go about removing that album?

I copied a photo album from my PC to my IPhone (for a slideshow at a funeral). The photos did not originate on the IPhone. Now I want to remove this photo album, but there does not seem to be any way to do so. The Iphone does not appear to allow for removal, and the album does not appear in ITunes on my PC. Â
The Settings>General>Usage tab allows me to delete all of my music, thus allowing me to reinstall what I want, but this feature isn't available for photos.Â

I created a photo album and synced it to my iphone. My computer had an issue and had to be completely restored. I lost all of my previous stuff. That album no longer exists on my itunes and I cant delete it directly off of my phone OR my restored computer because it no longer exists on my itunes. I've read in the edge subforum, even my s6 flat has some problem when I try to view a photo in the gallery on landscape. It stuck in normal view. In other app (message,browser and others) it works fine? I've try wipe cache and wipe data gallery app but it still doesn't works.

I didn't lose any photos, however it has left my iPhone 4 with a message "Restoring 84 of 90" on the main photo album screen. (See attached image below.) I have done everything short of doing a restore on the phone to try to get rid of it (resyncing, etc) Is that my only option, if that will even work? Or is there something else I can try?

If I add a photo to a new or existing album, and then try to remove the photo from my camera roll it warns me that it will remove the photo everywhere. And indeed if I remove it is is also gone from the album.
Isn't there a way to add a photo to an album and remove it from the camera roll and just have it remain in the "photo library"?
