I have a song from my music library set as my ringtone and as far as just using it when it turns on it works fine. But if at any point I go to play other music in my music library, it turns into a generic alert tone, until I power my phone off and back on. I figure if I could stop the music in my library instead of just pause it that would work, but I see no way to do that.

I just cant set a song as a ringtone on my nokia 5230 it says file is protected but it plays in the music player.All songs I have downloaded have been purchased from Nokia music store and transfered to the 5230 via usb cable as I realised that doing it via bluetooth doesnt transfer the licences aswell so I re did all that. they are the same songs that I had set as ringtones on my N95 with no problems, what am I doing wrong?

My issue is that, when playing as an alarm, only 1 minute of the mp3 plays.
