Jul 3, 2012I cannot restore my phone after the Tango update. The Zune software says that there is a problem. I get the error code 801812E0. It is very frustrating!

Nokia Lumia :: 800 Not Charging After Tango Update?
Jul 14, 2012I updated my phone to the latest firmware update through Zune and now the battery won't charge up past 2%. I then restored the backup and the phone charges up fine but when I install the updates again the battery just won't charge?

Jul 4, 2012I have a Lumia 800 with latest 12220 FW installed. I have been having the following problem since Mango:
1. A call comes in and I answer
2. During the call SMS is received
3. The SMS notification tone sounds loudly after a beep in my ear, thus busting through my ears.

Jul 18, 2012Since I updated my lumia 800 to Tango It has freezed 5 times while I am listening to music plugged to 2.1 speakers while it is charging.Lumia 800 + charging + 2.1 speakers wired = Annoying tome I have to press long time the power button, restart it and play again music praying it won't happen again.

Aug 23, 2014I'm trying to restore a 1520 from a backup that was created on a 1020. It's not working and I can't explain why. When I restored a back up from a 920 to the 1020 it worked flawless. So here is more information ....
Lumia 920 with firmware Black and WP8.1 to Lumia 1020 with Black and WP8.1 works.
Lumia 1020 with Black and WP 8.1 UP 1 to Lumia 1520 with Cyan and WP8.1 does not work, backup doesn't show up, but the old backup from the 920 shows up.

Jul 2, 2012My Lumia 800's battery went dead and for more than 2 hours the phone was stuck on the red battery picture! My friend performed a hard reset without myknowledge and I lost everything! I tried connectin my phone to Zune and it took it as a new phone I lost everything my contacts, msgs, apps and I can find a way to get them back!As far as I know I can restore the phone but I am not knowing how! The thing I care about the most r my contacts! Is there anyway that everything I had on y phone can be restored from the backups that the software would do everytime I would connect my phone? Or at least anyway that I can get back my contacts?

I believe it is synced automatically to Sky-drive but I cannot find evidence of this. I would like to have control of this data for easy retrieval and stored on my PC. Windows phone software on my PC is sub standard in comparison with Nokia Suite. It is clunky, contacts cannot be backed up, photos have no picture reference when transferred and the overall Windows Phone software on my PC is second rate in contrast to the Windows Phone 8 phone experience. Can anyone enlighten me on how I can easily copy my contacts to PC. No problem getting contacts into the phone. Just unclear on how to get a copy of them out.

One hour later I have to conclude its impossible, because it wants to copy 600 images to my computer FIRST, even thoguh I never told it to. Synch is on manual, and it has to do this first before synching the music. When I first got the phone, teh worst thing about WP was the synching design, which I knew I hated. On android I could copy the music in 1 min and be off, but now I have to settle with the few sings I put on it. Also I cant even delete the 600 images beofre copying them all to teh computer!
