Oct 16, 2012I just got a lumia 800 today and man i am blown away by both nokia and windows phone 7.5 Anyways, I am facing a problem: I use a prepaid sim and on my other previous phones, after each call/sms i used to get a automatic message regarding the amount used in the last call/sms and the remaining balance for my prepaid sim. But now on my lumia 800 i am not getting those messages after the call/sms.

May 18, 2010I just bought 5530 Xpressmusic yesterday and new to smartphones/touchscreens. I have a question.Whenever the phone touch screen is locked, and if i get a call, i am not able to answer or reject it directly from touch screen, unless i manually unlock the screen using right side lever. Although i can see the Answer/Reject option in screen, when i touch them they don't work. Also the Green/Red options at bottom of touch screen are also not working.Similarly, when i set an alarm, i cannot snooze or stop the alarm immediately in touch screen when the alarm rings, unless i unlock the touch screen again manually.Can someone help how to get this working, or is it the design?

May 22, 2012I have problem in my new Sony ericsson Pro mobile, when the keypad is unlocked i get the swipe to reject so i can do it, but when the keypad is locked i get the video tone with Answer/Ignore. If i click answer it receives the call and for ignore also it receives the call, it doesn't reject the call.

Reason is that when I received a call (and the phone is locked) the swipe up button for selecting the reject-message on the bottom of the screen is overlayed with the black soft-key bar showing home and back buttons.

Dec 3, 2015After doing a hard reset to solve the e-mail image problem, another problem occurred, when I went to Settings > System > Notifications & actions > 'Show notifications from these apps', nothing appeared. After a day or so, the apps started trickling back in (I think they actually had to try to push a notification in order to re-appear?) and seemed to work fine for a few days. Problem solved, right?
I don't seem to get notifications (specifically from Outlook Mail and Facebook). Both still show under the 'Show notifications from these apps' section, but I just flat out don't get the Banners, Sounds or Vibrations. When I 'wake' my phone with the power button, it will show x number of notifications in the 'quick status' at the bottom of the screen, however I never got the notification as a Banner, Sound or Vibration. (This means I'm not just Charlie Brown waiting for his Valentine's card at the mailbox.) Silent/night mode is disabled in Cortana and I get other notifications (Text messages, phone calls, etc).
