Nov 12, 2012I'm trying to download my music but WP8 uses the Windows Phone App client in Windows 8. Wll, when I tried connecting my phone, it says "Your phone is having troubles" error message. The instruction says to power off the phone. But no luck. Tried searching MS community but nothing there (but I won't rule out I didn't search well. Also, I posted the same question there and waiting for a response.)

Dec 13, 2011I have nokia E5, and i was forced to format phone usig *#7370#, memory card was also formated. So the problem is - how can i re-install previously purchased applications in ovi store?I thought it will be easy way, however it doesn't. Despite the fact that all of my previously purchased apps appeared in "My Stuff" section in Ovi Store applications, i cant download it, they only offer me to buy it again, I tried to solve this problem using pc, i wanted to download apps to pc from ovi store website and then move to phone. But all i can do - send a link to phone, and there i was offered to buy app again. It's just shocking omission of Ovi Store, that repels future purchases.

Sep 5, 2011I'm having an issue that has been plaguing me for quite some time now. It's seemed to get worse over time as well. The issue is when I click on something which would normally launch another application or window, the screen slightly dims and nothing happens. I tap the screen again and the brightness returns as if the window that was open is closed now. This IS NOT a screen brightness issue.for instance, I go into the "Videos" app and tap on a video shot from the xoom. The screen slightly darkens and then nothing happens. No video shows. Not even the player. Another example is in Gmail. I can click on a link to a website and the screen darkens and nothing happens. Tapping on the screen brings the original brightness back. Yet another example is from the gallery, I tap on the video I want to watch and it opens up the player. I tap play and the screen darkens up and nothing happens.I've tried a "hard" reset using volume up and power simultaneously to no avail. I have also deleted/removed all of my apps I have installed in the last month to month and a half

Feb 11, 2012after i had updated My phone from symbian Anna to symbian belle,it works fine at first...but after sometimes,most of the applications wont run.(i hope i did nothing)let me label the applications.(these applications are packed with symbian belle update)they are shazam,font magnifier,ovi store,ovi maps,traveller.photo editor,video editor...I had removed some of the applications but some of them Cant be removed.
