I am facing a problem in new Nokia 701 device. When I plays any radio station through Nokia Internet Radio, It doesn't shows 'song and artist names'. I have been used latest and older version of internet radios but function still not working.

I was notified last week of a new update, so i downloaded it via 'the store' and it came up with an error and cant finish the update ! After a good few attempts i removed the original app just incase there was a conflict with it, still no luck and now i have no internet radio
View 1 Replies View RelatedI rarely have problems with BBC radio (BBC Worldservice and Radio 4) via the Internet Radio app, but Danish radio drops out, usually after max. 2 minutes when on 3G. There doesn't seem to be a problem using WiFi. Could this be a bit rate problem? I have a totally stable 3.5G connection.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Motoactv displays the name for several artists as "Unknown Artist." The song title and album artwork appear just fine, but a lot of my music just shows up as Unkown Artist. It is also showing up on my motoactv.com page as Unkown. I sync my playlists from iTunes. My shuffle can read me the name of the artist for the same songs, and they show up correctly on my iPod touch, and in iTunes. Does anyone else have this problem?

Before I updated my phone I was able to edit songs in my library by long tapping them. Now I have no option to modify... I went into File manager but that changes the file name & not what is written in my music library. Updates are supposed to add, not take away good things right?

There is no double entries in the phonebook of any of the contacts, ie there is only 1 contact per number - so it should be able to match it up.
Also, phone freezes every so often when I unlock it.
When listening to iheart radio it will stop playing after the song plays or even mid song. No continues play. It started around the time i updated.

After each song, music pauses and I have to resume manually. I do not know if disabling the mobile internet connection does help, but when at home on WiFi, the problem does not occur. I.e. I have the impression that offline mix radio with mobile internet enabled has open issues.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I go into the text messages app, it only shows the current day's messages and the time that I received them. No contact name, no number. I've played around with it a bit, but cant figure out where to even begin addressing this.
I recently switched out my Curve 9350 under warranty, since the old one was overheating and draining the battery. The first one I had didn't have this issue, from the get-go it showed contact names, pictures, and broke the messages down into days, but I could scroll and view all of them. My new one has only shown my text messages in the way I described above.
Many names in the address book not showing up. Hence, when I get a call or make one, the name doesn't come up with the number. After the call, the number with the name is visible in call log as outgoing or incoming or missed. In the database details it shows my address book having 238 numbers (these are the numbers currently visible). So how is it that the names are visible in the log and not in the address book and also not visible during a call.

Although I can access the radio station websites, I obviously now need to load some sort of basic windows media player to get streaming and sound. I tried loading Windows Media 9, for example, but get a "file format" not supported/not recognised.
So, please may I ask, how do I play Radio 5, Talksport, etc?
