Nokia Applications :: Some Of The Applications Work On Only WiFi
May 28, 2012I bought my new Nokia Lumia 800 this weekend and started using it. I have downloaded certain news site applications and found that working on weekend. But then observed that it is opening only when used with WiFi, but does not open in 2G/3G connection. This is new to me. I was an Android user and use to browse the same news site applications with either wifi or 2G/3G. The news site applications are: Times of India and Ibnlive.

So is there anyone out there who can suggest me a software through which I can video chat and my phone also must support that?,Don't suggest Skype as it hangs my phone every time I try to have have voice or video conversation.

Dec 16, 2015I have a Galaxy S6 edge on T-Mobile and juts noticed this morning that whenever I attempt to record a video I get a warning stating "The video codec is currently being used by other applications..."
Is it possible to determine which application has it in use? I've closed all running applications which didn't resolve the problem. Restarted the phone without starting any other applications before the camera and that failed. I'm not seeing any information about this issue in the couple of searches I've done so far but wonder if it's an isolated issue or something common.
Short of a Factory Reset, which I'm not fully opposed to doing, is there a potential solution?

Mar 2, 2012I spoke to vodafone oz, who said that Nokia have not sent belle over to them for testing yet....it's HIGHLY FRUSTATING to upgrade to belle, than not be able to use vodafone's own skype app (so i can get unlimited data very cheaply).....firstly it's a shame vodafone put a wrapper app behind skype in the first place!!! For now I have to just use skype from the ovi store and use my data allowance. Anyhow, will nokia be sending over belle anytime soon to vodafone australia????????? They said until they do and it passes testing, it won't be supported.
