I have two indicators in my screen that are not explained in the manual:
- @ sign with two arrows which is displayed when the phone is synchronising my mailbox
- @ sign with a + in the left upper corner: what does this indicate? It is displayed all the time now...
I just bought Lumia 950 and unpacking it. When the first time I boot it, it shows a pink pixel on the upper left corner (black screen) on my phone. Just before the Windows logo appeared. It's just a blink. What is it actually? When the phone screen is up nothing seems weird on the spot that got the pink pixel.

Specifically, mine are " 120 1/6" I'm was thinking 120 contacts and 1 of 6 ongoing converstations or something to that effect, but even when I close them out...it still show 1/6. What exactly is this trying to tell me? Also, when powering down the phone what is the difference in the two options? 1 is "turn off" the othe is "full power down" or something like that. What is the difference? I want my phone off to save battery, but I want my alarm to go off in the morning. Which reminds me, what is "Standby Mode"? Noticed that holding the mute button a few seconds put the device into that mode.

I had my phone on the fast charger and when i went to unplug it, i noticed a band of black, blue and pink had began to form in the upper left hand corner of my phone. I haven't had the samsung s6 long , so i am not sure what to do. At&t claims it is liquid damaged, but it has been in a otterbox case.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI read many many E52 phones suffer Internal GPS fix problems. I don't beleve this is an hardware problem, but only a software bug. My experiments say this:
1) Start phone, start Ovi Maps -> No lock at all. (only 1 blinking line in bottom left corner)
2) Start phone, start McGuider (Sygic) navigator -> E52 locks quite immedeately. (in the same place!!)
3) After GPS is locked, start Ovi Maps again. Now also Maps works great!
4) Also the gps built-in application under Menu->Applications->GPS->GPS Data has the same behaviour as Ovi Maps.
This is the problem that I have been facing since I have purchased this phone(2years now). I am not using nokia push mail or even nokia mails at all. I have selected packet data Connection setting as "When Needed".
This happens every time I connect to the internet using mobile network and then remains there forever until either I restart Phone or go to offline mode. This is so annoying because it is not using any data though it is there.
There is a dotted lines below the E sign as you can see in the attachment.
Is it normal to make a snap when i press ( with little intensity) the upper right corner of the iphone, near the steel borderline (still glass) ? I am very concerned because it leads me to think it is a manufacturing defect.

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen on the texting screen, the icons on the upper right corner are overlapped. Example: the new text icon is underneath the upload icon. Also, when in an individual text screen, the contact icon is underneath the upload arrow icon. Seems to be a software problem to me.

I only get the apps thing, no widgets. I am using nova launcher BTW but it didn't show on the lg UI sking either. Just wondering what's going on with that and how to make it show.

Finaly I managed to turned off and on and there was a yellow spot on the screen. Its visible only on lighter colors.
