I need some ideas, I shut the phone off last night put it on charge since it was almost dead, got up this morning unplugged it turned it on and it will not go past the hellomoto screen.I tried hooking to computer to see if it recognized the phone and no luck, it seems to be stuck in loading.
View 3 RepliesWe have an airave and whenever I leave the house or come back home I have to turn the phone off and then restart to get it to connect either to the airave or an outside tower so the dc will work again. I got home, turned the phone off and left it off for a couple of minutes. Turned it back on and it's been stuck on the black screen with the red motorola icon for about 8 minutes. Is there a force-shut down?
View 11 Replies View RelatedI tried to load the latest lollipop on my moto x 2014, while loading through recovery - update from SD, it said "failed" and rebooted and now stuck at Moto logo and that's it.....i tried to clear cache and wipe....reboot, nothing.
People suggested to sideload through ADB the original image, but ADB cant seem to find the device.
I have a K1m that I hav had like forever and I thought I Try the Alltel monster to see what I get and if I like ot. Well stupid me used the customer upgrade and it got me a nice peice of phone. I can get the motorola screen whenI try to start it but it flashed on and of.I can get into the bootloader screen and I figures I could do the Alltel monster there but nothing. Makes the image but then fails. Is it dead forever?

View 1 Replies View RelatedUsed the new Moto Turbo Charger (Quick Charge 2.0) charger with success on my M8 when it was Sense.Now I've converted it to a GPE edition, and 2 of the 3 times I've used the charger since, the battery meter becomes stuck during/after the charge. Once at 64%, once at 80%. Restarting the phone gets it working again.
So I'm thinking the battery has become uncalibrated? Would draining it to 0%, then charging it non stop to 100% be away to fix this?One site said wipe the cache partition and Dalvik cache. Another suggested something with both volume keys that wipes the battery memory.
When I connect my device MotoCast USB hangs up on the opening screen that says, "Please wait while MotoCast USB loads your content.
USB Debugging is unchecked. USB Connection is set to Mass Storage. Motorlola Bravo (MB520)
had a slight moment where wifi had shut off.. but it fully downloaded.. pressed install.. and it installed.. (i think) but it booted up to the bootloader screen.. says:err: A5,69,25,00,27battery OKOK to programconnect USBData Cable

The device was already powered on, but when I plugged it in, the screen went black and it started to turn on and paused here. During this time my phone was connected to the network and the phone received messages and rang once but of course I couldn't view the messages or answer the calls. I wasn't able to turn it off either. The only way to fix it was to pull the battery.
View 2 Replies View RelatedTotally stock Defy, upgraded to 2.2 and on its 2nd ear speaker.While in the browser the phone froze compleatly, so after waiting a while I pulled the battery, and on restarting it went straight to a bootloader screen.Then when i connect to the PC it, just changes the last line to Transfer Mode OK.I have tried the Start button and Volume rocker switch, but this seems to do nothing. Please tell my "Life proof" phone isn't dead before my 2 year contract is up!? I let it go for about twenty minutes. The phone will not let me use the power button to shut it down. The only way to turn it off is to pull the battery. The phone had no problems before this.

..used it with tmobile for a while when i got a new phone i stopped using this phone and put it away since i know i can use it in europe with their SIM cards well, getttin ready to go to europe again and planned on using this phone again

The phone asked me to update so I did. I wake up this morning and I get this. The phone is toast. After the download of the update it can't restart. It says: Can't boot 2 Starting RSD And the screen stays on.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMost of my family owns Motorola Atrix phones, so we bought the lapdock to use with all of them about a week ago. It's worked perfectly so far, but today when we put any phone into the dock and open the screen all that appears is the Motorola logo bouncing around the screen like a screensaver. It doesn't respond to pushing any buttons on the keyboard, or sliding across the trackpad like a normal screensaver. We have tried removing the phones, unplugging the lapdock, plugging it back in and putting a diferent phone in, but the same thing happens.

1st issue a text or tweet comes in and randomly the screen is in lock mode just flickering rapidly like its shorting out and goes on for up to 30 + seconds?
2nd issue is when calling out after 3rd ring on speakerphone the speaker starts crackling on the 4th and 5 + rings?
I have noticed a small blue "smudge" that shows up on dark colors. It's about and inch above the home button and about the size of a pencil eraser. Tried restarting. No change.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Moto X's screen keeps acting strange, at least once a week. The screen is full of horizontal lines, and i can't see much, even with the brightness at the highest. Sometimes it's for a couple of minutes, sometimes for at least an hour. This time, it's been way pas 2 hours. I need to know why it keeps doing this (See Images). I thought it was due to the sometimes high temperature of the phone, but even when it's at a low temperature, it might happen.
