Motorola Cliq :: Phone Got Run Over By A Car Full Of Dudes And Still Works

So after a close friend's wedding reception, a bunch of us went back to someone's house to keep the festivities going.As I exited my friend's 2001 Subaru Outback (base curb weight 2860lbs), my nearly 2 year old Cliq fell out of my dress pants pocket onto the street without me knowing.After a lot of partying, most of my friends left in the same Outback, but I crashed in the spare room. When I was leaving the next day, I realized I lost my phone and looked outside for it.It was right where we had parked the car the night before, but face down with the back cover detached and laying a foot away.When I picked it up and turned it over, the whole screen was shattered, but still intact save a few small pieces of glass missing around the corners.It looked pretty bad. I took the chance of trying to turn it on, and to my surprise, it still worked! I put a piece of clear packing tape over the screen, and I've been using it for the past 2 days.Can I get a new phone? I'll attach a video of me using the destroyed one as soon as I get home tonight and have access to a regular camera.
