Apr 13, 2012My iPhone 4S locked up twice when I swipped to unlock. Now won't start. I soft reset it both times and now it flashes the Apple icon followed by spining beach ball and that starts over indeffinately. This was after deleting apps becasue it said I had low memory. Before I had 600mb and then I had 2 GB after deleting a bunch of apps. When I plug it into itunes it says it cannot access becasue it is locked with a passcode, but it still shows the beach ball.

I swiped to unlock and then another icon appeared on the launcher home screen...
I already had one shortcut to iobd2 there but another appeared as I unlocked. It's got a larger icon!?
If I long press and look at app info, its the same app info.
If I go to the app drawer and add the app again, it adds it as a small icon, like the original one.

Not out of the blue, but sometimes when a call comes in (which is obviously annoying since it then becomes a scramble to turn it off and explain to the caller what is happening). Or, it will happen when I give my phone a voice command, after the command is over it will start, as if it is resuming after having paused for the command (even thought it hadn't been on before).

Jan 1, 2010i am new to iphone, this is 1st time i took touch screen mobile..being an it engg i do have habbit of messing up with gadgets and then fixing :-pdid same with new iphone 3g.. restored it manytimes like 5-6 maybe.. within 3hours of time.. jailbroken with blackrain.. unlocked using cydia..actually i was trying to fix the gps, wi-fi and Internet problem that happens when u jailbreak it.
now the issue is.. browsing options on my phone is slow dont know whats the problem..
if i go inside any application its opening slowly.. takes arround 3 secs to open, for example camera, photos, settings and sub-menus.. everything is slow
