LG G3 :: Camera Sometimes Ask If Want To Save Photos On SD Card
Dec 27, 2015
The camera-app of my G3 sometimes asks me - especially after I rebooted the phone - if I want to save my photos on the SD Card. Somehow, it doesn't remind my desired setting of saving photos on the SD Card. What to do in such a case?
gone from vivaz to the ray , and can not find in my settings or in my gallery how to save photos i have taken to sd card? also music i have downloaded again same thing dont know if it saves to sd card or phone memory anyone help me out. i have an 8 gb in my phone only seems to have my apps on there.
I've just taken some photos. And I've opened my Sony Bridge. But, I can't see the new photos. I suppose I can only see the photos that are in the memory card ... correct?
My questions are:
- how to force my mobile to always save the photos on the card?
- how do I transfer the photos from the internal memory to my card (I usually wait for the message saying the internal memory is 75% full)
For about a month now I have been unable to take photos with my rear facing camera. When I take a photo using the default camera app it looks like it saved the photo and when I go to look it is a black and white image of a human. It does however save a thumbnail of the picture sometimes. I am able to take pictures (like a selfie) with the front facing camera though successfully.
Here is a screenshot of what my issue looks like. This is after taking a photo with the rear facing camera...
Currently, I have to take pictures with Snap Chat since its the are the only other camera apps that I have on my phone and of course, the quality of those photos are terrible. I can also take a screen shot of the photo as well, but obviously that's not good either. All of these methods save to the SD card.
I have a friend that had the same issue a while back but his works now.

Pix that I take with the camera show up on the device as "Camera Pictures," even though I've configured it to "support media card," and to store camera pix on the card. I must manually move these camera pix to the "unfiled" folder on the device.
would anyone be able to step me through how to make the camera and video save automatically to the memory card. I always run out of memory on the phone.
After taking my son on his first cub scout camporee this weekend. I took tons of pictures and once we got home and started to show most of them are corrupt. I DID have the camera app set to save pics to the internal memory. Some how while playing with the settings it was changed to save to the micro SD card. All photos that are saved to the SD card seem to get corrupted. They have a normal file size but I noticed that all of the corrupt files have a resolution of -1 x -1. Pics that aren't corrupt have a resolution of 5312 x 2988.
I just bought a new sd card. I'm attempting to move pictures from my device to my new sd card, certain pictures, i was able to copy, but none from the device camera album. ...
I got a blackberry torch 2 months ago at first it took pictures fine and it saved to the media folder. I do not have a memory card in the phone and there is no pictures on and only 9 songs so it cannot be the memory that is causing this problem. When I take a picture it shows at the bottom of the screen but it does not save to the phone as well as when I bluetooth music it downloads and shows download complete but when I check the music folder it does'nt appear.I have tried inserting a memory card but the items on the memory card does not appear on the phone.
My iPhone 4S won't save photos taken with it, or sent to it. The phone is only a little more than a week old, and as far as I can tell, has never been able to save a photo, I only just noticed the other day because I was busy learning the other bells and whistles.
I can use the camera feature to take a photo and immediately send it as a text, but I cannot save any photos taken. It pretends like it saves them, and then they disappear.
I've googled around, and most places lay out a plan that involves creating a back-up, doing a hard reset, and then restoring the phone. However, each of these make a point that when I'm restoring the phone I should not "set up a new phone" and I should not "restore with the backup" I've created, but as far as I can tell, these are my only two options.
None of the articles about this that I've found have mentioned the iphone 4s directly, so maybe the steps have changed since they were originally written?
how to i save all the photos sent to me via mms? all at one time, not save one at a time but all at once so i get reset my phone and not lose the photos sent to me?
I can take photos with my Curve 8520, but it won't save them. When I take a photo, then look for it in the folder, it isn't there. I've checked my memory, and that's fine. I have enough memory on the phone.
I purchased an iPhone 3 and had taken some photos on it.I started having issues within 30 days and could replace it.So I created an iCloud account and saved those photos as a back up on iCloud. I did not restore my new phone from back up because I did not realize I needed to restore and not just activitate it.How can I save the new photos, apps, and other stuff but retrieve the old photos?
Is there a way to save all the photos received at one time in Messages to the Photo Stream without doing a Save Image for each one? And BTW, is there a way to delete more than one message thread at a time in Messages?
Info: Mac OS X (10.7.2), MacBook Pro (mid 2009), iPhone 4
Since I upgraded to ICS when I take a photo it will not save to the gallery. The photo is captured but when I touch the picture it displays the message No items. I have tried switching between saving photos to the Phone and Memory Card to no avail. My Picture Gallery, just shows the pictures from my Google+ account and Drop Box not those Ive taken. I am on Three in the UK with the latest firmware version:
I'm editing my contact list and I stumbled upon a way to add photos to my contacts without having to save them on my phone (so the photo can be full screen and not thumbnail).I use the Ovi Suite - Contact manger. My question is: What do the specifications for the image should be so that it can fill the screen from side to side and top to bottom. 500x400 and also the size of it.. like 150kb.I am struggling with different sizes, aspect ratios, quality and i can't seem to find the perfect match.
I'm having a problem saving photos I've edited with the built in Gallery app. When I try to save them after making the edits I get a message "Unable to save changes" at the bottom of the screen.
I had to replace my Nexus 6. I have backed up "all" of my photos. Hoping that they really are "all" saved. I now have my new device and I am wanting to save my photos to it. But I want to do so in an organized manner. Such as putting all the kids pics in the kids folder type thing. Right now, they are all jumbled up because last time I had to do it through Bluetooth. I read through some forums and saw that you can do that by going to the highlights section...but that only goes so far back [in time] and doesn't have all my photos in it. Not sure how to do it, and I don't want to lose any of my photos, like other people have been by using google to store pics. I want the memory card slots back!
Why doesn't apple make it part of their next updates where it is possible to be able to rotate pictures in photo viewer after importing them form your phone to pc? And it shouldn't matter either what operating system you use. Or, even if when you take the picture with your iPhone with your phone sideways straight up or whatever direction it automatically (after being imported) gets saved as a rotated to perfect view-ability!
I've sent or received a lot of pictures in text messages that I have not actually saved on to my phone. I know syncing your phone and making a backup will save your actual text messages, but will it also save those pictures in the text messages, or will those be erased? I dont want to restore my phone and lose those pictures.
