Jun 4, 2014i changed my modem router yesterday, did all the settings. all my devises can join my wi-fi but my iphone 5s cant. it recognizes the network, tries to join it, but cant join it.
Turned my iphone on and off two times, Turned my router on and off several times, reset my network setting on the iphone, changed the channel on the router twice, pressed "forget this network" and tried to connect manually.

Jun 17, 2014I've been using my Wifi connection (from home) lately, I had no troubles what-so-ever. I turned on my 3G network this morning, and again, everything's going perfectly fine with my connection. I came home around half 4 from school and decided to turn on my WiFi connection at home, what I've realized is that whenever I try turning on my WiFi network, the little sign that's usually at the top doesn't appear anymore. I tried resetting the network settings and closing and opening my phone, but.. This didn't really make any difference.I have tried reconnecting to my WiFi but nothing happened, my Bluetooth's never really turned on.

I've tried everything and still am unable to join my own wifi network from my iPhone 4s, iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 3G, my girlfriend's iPhone 4. The only devices that will connect to the network are our MacBook Pros and iPads, (1 and 2). I have reset the airport to default settings, I've restored my iPhone, I've even disabled the password. I am still unable to join my open airport extreme wifi network.

May 28, 2012We have 2 iMacs, an iPad, iPhone, and other wifi devices such as a Nook. I have AirPort Express and the green light is on, it is connected to the Linksys router that is connected to my cable modem (RCN). I have attempted a few times to reset the wireless and the airport express so that our wifi devices will work, but after about a week or two, it just stops working. I get timeout errors, and my iPhone and iPad just says "Unable to join the network"; the iMac just keeps asking me to enter a WPA password, I'm entering the correct password, because it worked for a couple of weeks. At this point I have both iMacs hooked up via ethernet.I was wondering if I need a new router, should use the AirPort (purchased in 2006) and Linksys at the same time? The cable modem only has one (1) port for ethernet cable.

May 22, 2012whenever i try to connect any password protected wi-fi iPhone says 'incorrect password' soon after i realize that even bluetooth doesnt accept any device which are password protected and i recieve same error, im not sure but i think it happened after 5.1.1 update, i tried everything but nothing happened, things i tried are below;
- tried different routers/modems
- tried different iPhones (which are connected but mine NO)
- reset Network via iPhone
- hard reset
- tried different kinds (WEP, WPA etc) and combinations of password
- tried different channels (12-13-11-9-Auto etc)
None of them above solved my problem now im trying restore, it will take sometime i guess (internet speed is low) im using iPhone 4s ios 5.1.1

Jun 27, 2012We have two iPhones at home that, all of a sudden, cannot connect to the home wifi network. I rebooted the cable modem and was then able to see and connect to the network with both iPhones and an iPad, but, a few minutes later, was unable to join the network. I have an iMac and a Thinkpad laptop that both connect fine and stay connected. I've tried rebooting the iPhones and forgetting the network, but the problem keeps coming back. I called Comcast to suggest they "change the channel" on their wireless gateway, but they couldn't do it.

The connection is ok (I can select my network in the list and the phone is connected) but the "Blackberry" icon doesn't appear on the main screen near the wifi icon and it's impossible to connect the phone to Internet or email.
Using 3G connection all work fine but I'm abroad and normally I use this wifi network on my apartment that works fine (I'm also using an iPhone that works great, it means that the network is ok).

Sep 18, 2011all of a sudden yesterday out of the blue when I would enter the market my at&t data connection would just drop out. the phone would work but the web browser, market and data apps like facebook and weatherbug would not. the H+ icon at the top would go from grey with a blue H and blue arrows to a black H+ with black arrows and I will repeatedly get connection errors. I would also get a orange triangle notification with an exclamation mark in it that said the name of the app in the notification bar. I also noticed the signal bars would turn from blue to a white color. the app will never download as i have let the phone sit for over an hour and the download bar never moves. I have found that I can do 1 of 3 things to reset the connection, I can turn airplane mode on and then it will work again when I turn airplane mode back off, I can restart the phone and it wil work again, or i can go into my apps and force close tha market. the problem always returns when I try to download another app. I have contacted att and they went over everything they can think of but still no luck.
