Aug 30, 2014Yesterday I got my old iPhone 5S replaced for a new one, since it was displaying a blue screen all the times.Â
Today I noticed that when the flash is one it kinda blinks, but it's noticeable since it's possible to notice the variation of the light during videos.Â
Do I seriously need to drive to the store for the 3rd time, 45 minutes away and way 5 more days to get it replaced?... Apple is losing my trust...

May 19, 2012I'm new to this forum and therefore I don't know if I posted this right but I have a problem,verytime I reboot my phone the notification flash blinks and it doesn't seem to want to go off.I tried everything: disabling the flash all together,disable in some applications, every possible solution. But it keeps flashing although I have no messages.The only way to get it to go off is to receive a message, this is bugging me a bit.

When I press C and connected the cable the software checked connected phone and replied product can not be identified, remove the cable and reinsert the battery. I did so. Mar 13, 2012i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

Since then I've decided the feature is too annoying and obnoxious so I went to switch this "feature" off. But I no longer see any option in the settings to change this back. Aug 3, 2010i upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?

Nov 2, 2011Been a happy Sprint user since 2005 and have used various dumb phones and smartphones. The Photon is my 3rd Android.I have noticed that each phone , whether smartphone or not, has the same issue that has caused me to miss incoming phone calls here and there - the caller dials my number and hears several rings before my phone actually starts ringing. The phone goes to voicemail before I have the opportunity to answer the phone.The solution for my phones has always been to adjust the Slot Cycle index from the default setting of 2 to the setting of 0. This causes the phone to poll towers more frequently, thus the phone is more quickly aware of a new incoming call. The only negative implication is that the phone goes through battery a bit more quickly during the day...but it's really only a tiny difference. I've done this on my phones, on my spouse's phones, my mom's phone, etc.
Since the Photon's battery life is so much better than my prior phone (EVO 4G) I am very comfortable in adjusting the Slot Cycle index, so I obtained my MSL from Sprint and attempted the adjustment by going to the Dialer:##DATA# ->tap green Dial icon -> to the Data Settings menu...tap Advanced->From there you can see that the Slotted Index is set to 2. So I wanted to change the setting but can't get to it from Menu->Edit->enter MSL code->VerifyI called Sprint about this issue, and in the past they have helped me to change the setting. I have called more than once and have been dealing with the more advanced Tech Support team. No one at Sprint can figure out how to adjust this setting on the Photon.
