IPhone :: Use A Different ID For App Store Than Icloud?

In our household we share an ID for itunes so that we do not have to buy a separate instance of an app for each device we own. This causes a problem when someone wants to use their phone to buy an app since there is a different ID on the iphone than the computer's itunes account where most apps are purchased. THe itunes account will wipe out anything that was bought through the phone every time it syncs.
So, is it possible to have the app store on the idevice connected to a separate id than the icloud stuff that is used for mail and calendar?

I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.

If you already have an Apple ID, you can easily use it at the iTunes Store or Mac App Store. Anyone have similar experience? I preordered 2 16GB Blacks on @ 5:15am yesterday. I received email confirmation on both Apple IDs I used, however, my store (Oak Brook, IL) does not show my reservation on the main website, but does confirm my reservation on the iPhone App? Is this sufficient backup to secure my phone on the 24th?

So I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.
Am I screwed out of my money? Here is a screenshot of what the charges were made for (there is another $49.99 charge that is not showing up here, but appears in my PayPal account history):
I never downloaded or purchased "Zynga Live Poker", nor did I buy any of the credits for the game.

I would like to sync my iPhone to iCloud (since MobileMe is about to be removed) for backup, but my desktop Mac doesn't connect to iCloud as I run Snow Leopard (not running Lion, and I have no intention of installing Lion, having heard how many problems that caused to my friends).Having tried to sync to iCloud with the phone, I'm now unable to sync with my desktop iCal or Address Book. Now, none of my appointments and reminders are being transferred between the two.

I have set up iCloud on my iMac and on my iPhone 4s. I can send an email from my iPhone to see on my iMac but not the other way around. If I am to recieve an email from a friend I want it to appear on my iPhone, and all my mac devices, thats the whole point of iCloud.

I am using an iPhone 3GS. All of my notes are either set on my iCloud account or my GMX mail account. Half of them are on my iCloud account and half of them are on my GMX mail account. I lost my phone, an iphone 4S. I have an older 3GS as well as an icloud account that was set up when I bought the new one. How do I do this? When they gave me a new SIM card for my 3GS and reactivated it, the phone was right where it left off when I shut it down and turned on the new one.
