I had to get an iPhone replaced when I updated to iOS 5. Consequently, all of the photos that I took on my old phone are blurry on my phone. Additionally, I can't seem to synch them into iPhoto. All the photos I've taken on this phone are fine.
I tried to upload a photo from my iphone to iphoto but I get a popup that says "The following photo could not be imported. (The file is an unrecognized format)." Also those pictures only show up as empty dotted squares.
I enabled photostream on both my macbook pro and my iphone, and also in iphoto. I took a few pictures with my iphone to test it out and when i go to iphoto to try and see them it says there are no photos. Does it take a few minutes for the photos to get into iphoto or something? Or do i need to do something else?
I recently updated itunes, and iphoto and iphone and now the iphone will not connect to iphoto to download pictures. IPhone will connect to flash card thru usb port. I also have photo streaming on but that is not working also. I also have noticed that in Itunes I cannot sync to iphone. I have tried everything except resetting phone.
My iPhone 4S works fine but when I plug it into iTunes it tells me I need to restore my phone, but iPhoto can access my pictures with no problem. This is the message that pops up:iTunes cannot read the contents of the iPhone "Josh's iPhone". Go to the Summary tab in iPhone preferences and click Restore to restore this iPhone to factory settings.
I recently moved my iPhoto library to an EHD, and everything has been working great.
I just went in, however, and my August 2014 photo stream, which syncs from my iPhone, only has one picture from each day/set of photos I have taken.
It is extremely odd - only the first photo from a vacation I went on, the event I went to last night, the meal I photographed on Tuesday are showing up.
My iphone 4 won't sync to my iphoto on my macbook. Instead of the pictures popping up, its just black boxes where the images used to be. I try to click import photos and the process starts and then errors out.
I have too many pictures on my phone.  With iTunes, I synced them over to iPhoto, all 1023.  I want to delete them in iPhoto as I can see the picture much better and know which ones to delete. In iTunes, the settings are, I have Sync all photos from itunes checked and all photos,,,, and include videos checked.
I delete several pics from iPhoto, sync and they are still on my phone. I want them to be deleted from my phone and the iPhoto to be exactly what is on my phone and vice versa.
Info: Mac mini (Mid 2011), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
I recorded videos using my iphone then imported them to iPhoto on my macbook pro. Now I want to sync the same videos back to the factory photo app on my iphone 4s. Ive tried selecting "Include videos" under the photo sync tab. Then I tried syncing it to my iphone as a movie under the movie tab... That worked except it was in my Videos app and not back in the factory photos app where I need it to be!!!how to get Videos back to the Photo app like I can do with the Pictures???
i can't transfer a video i took from my iPhone to iPhoto on my macbook pro ... is it not possible? i do have cloud but i can't seem to work that one out either re the transfer my wifi is all on... as is my photo stream.. i was sure it could be done.. the photos go straight over.. but i cant see where the movie is.. if it IS there..
I am not able to download my photos from my iphone 4 to image capture or iphoto. i am able to see the jpg files but not see the preview and when i tried downloading, it says error.
I recently bought a new Macbook Air and love the machine running Mavericks. However, it now seems that when I use HTC Sync Manager to sync my photos with my HTC One phone, two issues occur:
1) It often doesn't seem to recognize my phone is connected even though it says it is. So I have to unplug the phone and restart HTC Sync Manager again. Sometimes several times before it recognizes it.
2) Each time I sync it the HTC Sync Manager duplicates my photos in iPhoto. WTF is that??? So I have to go into iPhoto and delete all the dupes.
I bought an iPhone during my last vacation and took 400 pictures before syncing, straight out of the box. When I got home and plugged it in my laptop, it synced with my old iphone, erasing all pictures. How can I get them back? There's no backup, since the iphone was brand new to my macbook.
I was restoring my iPhone from the iTunes backup, but I forgot the password for the backup and I could not find a way to recover my photos.I wonder if there is any way to recover my pictures from the backup that was kept inthe MobileSync folder. This is very important to me, if you could help me, make mevery happy. Thank you very much.
I sync my phone trying to do a backup.. but instead it has wiped everything on my iphone.I have tried to re-import sim contact but that is very few, i had over 200 contacts on this phone. All pictures cant be found.I've searched all over iTunes to see if it hidden in groups.I've searched outlook.. there are no contacts sync on there either.
So I took pictures on my iPhone 3GS while on iOS 5.1 and rotate perfectly fine after importing using Windows Explorer. I updatedf my phone a couple days ago to iOS 5.1.1 and tried importing but now getting a error through Windows saying "You cannot rotate this image. The file might be in use or open in another program, or the file or folder might be read only".
No other programs are open, photo and folder properties are set correctly, admin user account, tried disconnecting my iPhone and restarting the computer but still unable to rotate or save it. I also tried right clicking the photo and chose "Open With" and selected PictureViewer and also under Windows Photo Viewier. In these programs it will rotate but will not save. I also deleting the photos and reimported again but still have the same problem.
i have got Nokia x3, since after i updated its original version, i am now unable to see pictures and also unable to use sound equalizer, where can i get my old version?
I have recently updated my iPhone 3GS, but I have one problem now, the Camera doesn't work. I can open and see by the camera, but I can't take a picture, because when I try, the iPhone get turned off.
since updating 7.1.1 imessage is not able to send pictures. Text message is not a problem, receiving pictures is working. Checked several hints but nothimg worked. Is this a bug in 7.1.1?
