May 25, 2012Recently I had my iphone replaced with a new on as the old one had a software fault. Now I have received the replacement and have restored it from my icloud it first downloaded everything but the next time I used it I had lost all my pictures so I restored it and tried again but still cant retrieve them and now it wont sync all my music to it. I've tried and tried to just plug it into my computer which has my itunes on it and sync all my music but it will only do 200 of my 1000 old songs it has plenty of space but wont do it. what do I do?

Jun 9, 2012I have an iPhone 4, since the beginning I have had trouble getting all of my music to sync from iTunes. It seems that the music I imported from CD format are not syncing, though I can listen to them from my laptop. I have gone through and deleted all my music and made sure to check the music I wnated but still am having this issue. These CDs are not even showing on iCloud. I am getting VERY frusterated with this!! How can this be fixed?

Dec 13, 2011I synced all songs in my iTunes with my new Motorola Atrix 2. It downloaded all the songs to my 16gb microsd card. When I play songs on my music player with my headphones, the music will stop randomly. Some other times it won't stop and will play for a long time. I had a feeling it was somehow related to turning the screen off using the power button after I start my playlist but I am not sure about it. Again with this case, sometimes it stops and other times it would play correct. There are some apps as on my auto-end list but music player isn't one of them

Mar 18, 2012I am trying to get my Mac contatcs in sync on my old iphone 3G (not "S") without updating ditto phone any further than iOS 3.x as that makes the phone unbearably slow and practically un-usable. You know the story.
I don't mind connecting the iPhone to my mac and make a "wired" sync of all contacts but with OSX 10.7.3 installed, MobileMe contacts transferred to iCloud and WiFi sync activated for my other iOS devices I can't find a way to do so and sync this older iphone.
The problem appears to be with a "mixed" environment of WiFi syncing and wired sync.

Jun 23, 2014I just created a new contact on my phone yesterday (iOS 7.1.1 / iPhone 5s). But it's not showing up in iCloud when I log into iCloud.com or when I look in the Contacts.app on my Mavericks iMac or in Contacts on my iPad.Â
I seem to have about 30 contacts in the contacts group "On My Phone" that only exist on my phone and not on iCloud. (I assumed all contacts I create on my iPhone are synced to iCloud??)Â
Why are these "stuck" on my iPhone? How do I move them to iCloud?

But I don't want to KEEP every single contact on my computer on my phone. How can I limit the contacts that sync to the iPhone while still using iCloud? I liked being able to be selective about contact groups when syncing with iTunes, but iTunes always made my duplicate info worse rather than better!

Jun 5, 2014If I add a calendar entry on iCloud or on my laptop (Win 7, Outlook 2010) the event shows up on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, laptop, and iCloud). However, if I enter an event on my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1.4) calendar it will not show up anywhere else. My iCloud login is set up with my ID login on all my devices. Also, my iPhone is set to sync Calendars and under "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" my "Account" is correct, "Calendars" is switched "ON", and I have tried setting "Fetch New Data" to both Push and Pull. Still, whenever I enter an event on my iPhone Calendar it will not show up anywhere else.

Apr 23, 2012i am stuck in a tricky situation and would things first i know this is quite a frequently asked question as i have done a bit of searching on the net about it however could not not find anything that totaly matches myproblem, i have recently purchased a brand new laptop which runs windows 7 compared to my old desktop which ran XP, i have tried syncing all of my iphone 4s contents onto my new laptop's itunes library including everything not just music or videos and i got the infamous pop up "The iphone is synced with another Itunes library. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this Itunes library" the problem is that my original itunes library does not exist no more as my desktop was completly wiped and had XP redownloaded onto it again because it had a virus, which also wiped all of my hard drive so i cant even get everything i backed up off of my phone from it, i have managed to sign in to the itunes store and allowed my laptop to work with itunes,i have also transferred my purchases from my phone to my new itunes library but this only includes my apps and obviously not my contacts and photos and everything, i still get the pop up if i go to sync my apps from my library anyway, is there any way i can delete my original itunes library without it even existing anymore so that i can just start afresh and sync everything i have on my phone now directly to my new itunes library? or do i need to purchase this iphone rip/backup/store software that everyone goes on about or something? to be honest its really annoying my now as i just want to be able to sync everything like how i used to,
