I tried speaking slowly or with regular speed, with or without background noise, to no avail. Problem is, the phone won't accept it in MP3 (which is oddball, since I have seven custom ringers I made with MP3 that it accepted without issues!) or WAV. Or, after converting it to the QCP (QCELP) format, in THAT format.I really DO hate to be doing nothing but asking questions, but I'm running into some annoying problems here.
