Mar 14, 2012This is a constent problem. If I close out and restart safari it will work just fine. Even if I select a different bookmark it goes right to the page but if I stay on that page too long while browsing I will get the message again and then I have to quite or go to a different page and come back in order to get past Safari cannot find server.

May 3, 2012i am using an iphone 4 and its was working fine. presently its giving browsing error. whenever i am trying to browse internet by using safari or any other browser it retruns with an error message "server not responding" even the same thing is happening with Internet also. the worst part is am able to check my mails, able to chat and so on... only thing not able to browse through the browser. i have tried restore option also. this is happening with both wlan and data con.

Jun 2, 2015S6 edge and the default mail app doesn't search the server, even when "search server" is selected after a search of the local mail store. It just returns "no mail found". any success in searching the server for older email? I haven't been able to find any other mention of it though. I had the employee install outlook and that works, but it would be nice if we could figure out how to get this working in the default mail app assuming it's not a bug. This is an exchange/office 365 activesync mailbox...

Jun 20, 2010I've been connected to my work email account through Microsoft Exchange for the past year with no problems. I was trying to send out an email today, and my iPhone could not connect to the server. I tried to re-connect multiple times, ultimately deleting the email account from my phone and attempting to re-install it. When I put in all the info into their respective fields and hit "next," all I get is a message that says "Exchange account verification failed." When I go through and save it anyway and try and update emails, it says that it cannot connect to the server. My IT dept. says no changes were made, and I've already tried a restore and restored from a backup, as well.I have no contacts, emails, or calendar on my phone!

Jan 10, 2012today my company's email provider changed the hostname for the Exchange server, so I'm stuck with my E72 not syncronizing any more, since I can't edit the server name field in the configuration properties.First of all: is this behavior by design? Because in case it is, the "Change" item in the Options menu should really be removed.

Dec 11, 2014I just got my new iPhone 6 and can't open safari. Every time it tries to open from either the app icon or within another app it crashes. It is a blank website in safari and then closes itself 5-10 sec later. I have cleared safari data history and downloaded chrome, but all of the apps default into chrome for links.

Jun 27, 2010Having just upgraded to the iPhone 4 from a 3G, I'm so used to everything working so smoothly that I'm starting to expect I can use it more like a computer. So its slightly disappointing to see that there's an 8-pages-open-at-a-time limit in Safari. For example, I like to click a bunch of thread links on macrumors just to read them one by one, but now you can only have eight at a time before the first ones you clicked start disappearing. Don't get me wrong, on the 3G after 3 pages were open, it would either start to get very slow or just crash, so this is a huge improvement, I just thought that with the 512mb of RAM it would be a bit more capable now. Was this the same situation as it was before? (mainly on the 3GS I guess)
