My ynokia E7 no longer notifies me with the '1 message received' or '1 missed call' message whenever i receive a message or miss a call. the only way i know is the blinking notification light. for messages received, the message alert tone does not ring.
When I attend an incoming call, after finishing my conversation, I couldn't find the end button in the screen to End the call. A small call symbol displays in red color. Few seconds after it displays end call summary.
I have a really weird and annoying problem with my Lumia 800.Pretty much it starts with this:The phone totally random powers off, it wont start until i put the charger in (even if the battery really is at 40% or more). After that whenever I receive a text message (sms and mms) it won't be listed in the messaging conversation. I only see the last sms I sent/got after the phone powered off, new messages is listed in the notification window, but only there. Sending new messages works, but they won't either be listed..So I can't really read my new texts other than in the notification window that pops up when I get a new one.Deleting all my messages doesn't solve it, restarting the phone doesn't either.
Just recently I have had some problems sending normal text messages..The problem is when I want to send a text I go to my contacts and try to send a sms message, but instead of opening up a conversation window I get taken straight to my recieved messages... I havent had a problem replying to messages after people have texted me, its iniating the converstation thats not working.
I have an iphone 4s and my best friend has a HTC and her messages have within the last two weeks only been sending averagly about 3 messages and then i get no reply yet they have sent and this also has been happening to messages shes sent to her boyfriend who has and Iphone 4, however this has never happened to her friends with phones that aren't iphones, could this be something to do with the iphone or carrier? software?
According to the packing and shipping instructions I need to include a packing list which should have been emailed to me or printed online during submission.Well, I never received a packing list email and never had the opportunity to print a packing list during the submission process.
Most of the text messages i send work fine, but about 10% are never recieved/ will be received days later. I know it's a problem with my phone, not the people i'm sending them to, as it's happened with more than one person on different networks. My phone is on Orange and has the latest software update too?
I recently dropped my phone in water, and after putting it in rice, blowdrying it, and the whole nine, I was able to get it working again. When It came on, I received new messages. The phone then cut off and I had to restore it again, it is working fine now, but the messages were missing. Is there a way I can get them back?
Everything else is working fine but all day I've had issues texting and making/receiving calls. I've done a soft reset at least 10 times. Will let me then do about 2 texts, then it goes back to sending error. Every time I try to make a call it doesn't even ring, just goes to call fail.
When I send a message to my sister from my 4s, to my sisters, 4gs , my husband also recievs the message on his 3gs, can anyone help, as its really annoying.
why do text messages from other family members being received on multiple iphone 4's. Also, on an itouch device? How do you eliminate this from happening?
today i deleted some messages between me and a friend and those messages ive had for years and had information i dearly need back now. i plug my iphone into the computer every night and usually close itunes right away so idk if it syncs or not. since it has happened ive plugged the phone back in but it hasnt synced and i read around that if i restore it it comes back? idk exactly what to do though, and i am in dear need of those messages.
When i updated my new iPhone OS to the new system, i had to end up doing a restore. This wiped out all my info and while i have a backup on the computer. I can seem to find a way to recover old text messages via the iMessage platform. Is there any way to recover some of those old conversations? Some have sentimental value to them.
