Apr 23, 2012I contacted ATT regarding my purchased Iphone (a year back through ebay) regarding the unlocking the iphone. They got my IMEI number and a week after they have reported with the steps to unlock my phone. (Just connect to I tunes,backup and restore with internet connection). I did the steps but I could not get the successful message in the Itunes. I contacted ATT and Apple. Both of them saying that only other party can help.

May 15, 2015When my new z3 is locked, I frequently have trouble swiping to unlock the phone. When I try to swipe, I get the nice psychedelic particle trail showing the swipe, but often the phone does not unlock. It can take 3 or 4 attempts to get the darn thing to unlock. It is bad enough that I worry that the phone will simply not unlock no matter how many attempts. Very very irritating. I write firmware for a living. This is a serious bug.

I'm on my 3rd htc sensation the first two had the same problem htc really needs to fix these problems . Jul 19, 2012I have a Pattern Setup as my lock screen for my phone, and 2 out of the 3 times I try to unlock it, it doesn't work. I try to drag the pattern out, but it thinks i lifted my finger and the lines go red, like when you guess the wrong pattern, and the lines go crazy, shooting to random dots on the lock screen, making it very tempremental. When this occurs i just click the lock button to shut the screen off, and then try again. Even after I do this, it still won't work and the lock screen will go crazy.

Oct 22, 2011Screen unlock pattern failed 20 times, phone is now locked pending google username and password, which I have enter hundreds of times with no success, I know the username and password is correct as I can log in via PC and view latest downloads on my phone etc.
Have tried to repair the phone via PC companion, everytime the download begins an error message comes up "unable to start update"
Have been to the optus shop and contacted sony over the phone, being told by optus that my phone is 7 days over its warranty and it will cost me to unlock, Sony helpdesk advised that it was "Easy" to fix and i just needed to repair the phone via PC companion, which clearly is not as easy as stated. I am left without a phone which is badly affecting my work, I have been told it will take at least 2 weeks for the phone to be unlocked if it is done by the provider, google password is not working.

Jul 19, 2010My App library is extensive and has gone through a number of spring cleanings.. recently, with my new iPhone 4, I'm remembering apps that for whatever reason, I don't have anymore and wanting to try them out on my new, speedier iPhone 4.I can find them in iTunes, but I'm prompted to buy them again, and confirm the purchase before it says "You've already purchased this, download for free?"
Why can't I (or can I?) just view my iTunes purchase history? I've held off on re-downloading a couple apps that I suspect could actually be sequels or "pro" versions of apps that I have already bought. Is there a purchase history somewhere I can pull up that I'm missing?
