I am conidering buying a used PowerBook G4/1.5ghz 15' and I wondering if it will allow me to synce my iPhone with iTunes and if so, what version should i download & what is the highest OS I should upgrade too?

iTunes no longer recognizes my iPhone 4s when I connect it via USB, but iPhoto does recognize it. I cannot download iTunes 10.3.6 or the latest Airport Utility. I have done all of the troubleshooting to no avail. Is this simply because my laptop is too old? Seems pretty unfair that I have to buy a new laptop just to back-up and sync my iPhone...

Changes to playlists on my iphone are not syncing to I-tunes on new version. The new music purchases I make on my i-phone sync, but not the playlist additions/deletions. Once I sync the i-pnone to itunes, my phone's playlist is replace with what the playlist setup previously in I-tunes. I keep getting generic responses from support.

I just recently got an iPhone 4, and have been setting up all of my e-mail accounts, calendars, contacts, etc. My previous phone (not an iPhone) transferred all of my contacts, including e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and home addresses, to my new iPhone. I also set up iCloud to sync and backup all of my important data in case something were to happen. I never had these contacts on my PowerBook address book, and I would like to add them. However, I have been hitting several problems when I attempt to sync my new iPhone, with all my contacts, to my PowerBook G4, which has none. Numerous sources have told me that iTunes is set to sync the older data with the newer data. When I attempt to sync, I get an extra empty folder in my iPhone contacts labeled "on my Mac," with nothing in it.

i am stuck in a tricky situation and would things first i know this is quite a frequently asked question as i have done a bit of searching on the net about it however could not not find anything that totaly matches myproblem, i have recently purchased a brand new laptop which runs windows 7 compared to my old desktop which ran XP, i have tried syncing all of my iphone 4s contents onto my new laptop's itunes library including everything not just music or videos and i got the infamous pop up "The iphone is synced with another Itunes library. Do you want to erase this iphone and sync with this Itunes library" the problem is that my original itunes library does not exist no more as my desktop was completly wiped and had XP redownloaded onto it again because it had a virus, which also wiped all of my hard drive so i cant even get everything i backed up off of my phone from it, i have managed to sign in to the itunes store and allowed my laptop to work with itunes,i have also transferred my purchases from my phone to my new itunes library but this only includes my apps and obviously not my contacts and photos and everything, i still get the pop up if i go to sync my apps from my library anyway, is there any way i can delete my original itunes library without it even existing anymore so that i can just start afresh and sync everything i have on my phone now directly to my new itunes library? or do i need to purchase this iphone rip/backup/store software that everyone goes on about or something? to be honest its really annoying my now as i just want to be able to sync everything like how i used to,

When I hook it up, iTunes tells me that the iPhone will only work with iTunes 11.1 or later versions. I have a Macbook Pro (not too old, Duocore, 4Gb Ram, etc.) with MacOS X 10.5.8. Apparently I can't install iTunes 11.1 or any later version on my operating system and I really don't want to upgrade to a new operating system just for my iPhone. When restoring iPhone to factory defaults, the same thing will occur...
So when you open Settings General Usage (after a while you see installed APPs) you notice that these apps either deleted (because of syncing), or got hidden(icons disappeared)
Is it so difficult for Apple to that? Or is it Apple's Policy not to do so?
What will go wrong if I open more than 11 pages for my APPs ? In my Samsung Galaxy I did opened more than 30 Pages ! Why using the bluetooth is complicated? Why it is not compatible with Non-Apple bluetooth products ??
