I bought a new iPhone 4s today. Brought it home and synced with my macbook to transfer my numbers, apps, etc. When sync was complete, there was no Facetime icon. Where did it go and/or how do I get it back?

I have an iPhone 5c which is updated to IOS 7.1.1. I regularly use FaceTime and never had a problem. Today I restarted my iPhone as FaceTime Audio call was not connecting, as I normally do in such issue. When the iPhone got restarted the FaceTime App on my iPhone disappeared. I tried searching from the Spotlight it does not show. Even tried to go to Contact to connect call from there but I do not have option to make FaceTime call in contacts as well.
