The iPhone is not scrolling and the buttons and apps must be double tapped. Also there is a voice response each time the phone is tapped. Can;t answer calls since I can't swipe across the screen. I've tried turning it off and can't get to reset since the screens won't scroll. How do I get the phone out of this?

View 2 Replies View RelatedLove my RAZR Maxx however something I've noticed (I've had Moto Droid/Droid2 and HTC Incredible) is that when scrolling (like email or web pages) my finger must barely touch the home button (or the back/menu/search buttons) and my scrolling gets interrupted by the button function. It seems much more sensitive than any of my other phones.Anyone else have this issue or am I the only klutz? Maybe there is a setting to change sensitivity but can't find it.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI noticed recently that my end key will click 5 times when i press it down, its the only part of the screen that does it, but i do notice that the bottom buttons will double click everynow and then and it pisses me off. but the end key does it 5 times. Anyone have a clue what it could be? i was happy with the phone at first but now im kind of mad that i got it, the one thing i like about the phone is he clicking screen, it makes it to where i dont press as many as i do with other touch screens.

Scrolling through tweets will cause a few skipped motion frames every few seconds – only slightly so, but noticable and annoying. Same for Guardian or LinkedIn app. But never happens in Safari or some other apps.
Seeing as its confined to some apps I'm guessing it's not my phone. Wondering if others have noticed. My previous iPhone 5 never had this issue.

when I double tap to close out or switch between running functions, it does nothing ever since yesterday. I have the most current update since last week and the home button works for all other purposes so it's not broken. Now my battery is draining because I cannot shut off running apps.

on certain apps (e.g. Facebook, Pleco Chinese dictionary etc.) scrolling through the News Feed/dictionary list is very choppy, and stutters a lot more than my old HTC Wildfire. I've tried using various update versions with the same lag. Scrolling isn't a problem with other apps/Chrome browser/device menus etc (where the scrolling is buttery-smooth!). Is this due to poorly-optimised apps, or a backend issue like hardware acceleration?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought yesterday my galaxy s6. Everything was going fine, the new touchwiz looks really beaultifull, the screen was the best display I ever seen, the fingerprint sensor works great, etc.
Nevertheless, i noticed a stuttering/scrolling lag in almost every app. For example: scrolling up and down on whatsapp chats stutters every time. It is not smooth as my old iphone 5. On instagram, facebook, contacts, playstore, occurs the same problem... they are not heavy apps, I can not really understand why it is happening. It is bothering me and I will come back to apple if this problems persists.
When I press the menu button I have a list of apps on the phone a slow flick does not scoll down the screen smoothly, the same happens with my music list. Playing argry birds as the bird flies through the air there is a moment of jerk in the motion at mid flight. I have installed flash 11

I'm running the Storm2 on 580. For weeks I haven't had a single option, and all of a sudden multiple times in 2 days I have this issue:While my phone is in my pocket, I pull it out, and unlock the screen. The screen is hard, but not unclickable. So when I click on messages or anything else it opens it and closes it, because it double clicks. Usually the bottom keys click but don't function. I have to lock the screen and turn it back on after a few seconds or a minute later for it to function. The double clicking and it closes the app is really annoying. It only happens when it's in my pants.
I think what happens is that since the screen is TOWARDS my leg, and my leg may hit the bottom buttons, it presses it or something like that. And after a few times of that happening unexpectedly the screen does something. I don't know. Any ideas? Could this be an OS issue? I doubt it's a hardware since it ONLY happens with my jeans and in my pocket.
I’ve been struggling all morning trying to get my S5 to vibrate when icons are tapped on “Vibrate” sound mode to no avail.
Is there anything I can do to enable this feature? Unless I must have dreamed this feature was available all this time along. I swear I have felt my icons vibrate when tapped. Matter of fact, anytime I tapped any icon, I'm sure the phone lightly vibrates to indicate success, when I first had my phone but it's not working any more.
I wanna mention some troubles with double tap feature, whenever I take my z5 out of pocket while this feature is turned on, I see that phone screen is on and some numbers tapped by emergency dialpad, also sometimes I see wifi or bluetooth is on though they were off...
also I got yesterday a c5 ultra at half price of z5 but surprisingly I realized c5 is much more stable smooth than z5.. Z5 is much more laggy in menus contacts apps etc than c5 which is faster and more lag-free.....What is the reason of this? Why laggy phone two times expensive? Should we wait for an update or android 6 marshmallow to get a ultra fast z5? The most important thing for me is fast transition between screens, I dont care high graphic games, 8K video record, 85mp camera etc but as I said performance of z5 not so well currently.. Why a highend phone cant handle even menu transitions..

Is there a way in iOS 4 that I can retain extremely fast access to my favorites screen? Tripple-Tap? Etc?
I know after a jailbreak i'll be able to customize the "activator" but I find it frustrating that apple took away one of their easiest features. The first launch of the iphone (sw 1.0) didn't have a favorites short-cut and I remember how badly it was missing!

I can click and hold for voice control.
I can double click for multitasking.
But if I double click and don't release the home button for phone favorites, nothing ever happens. Is this not how it is suppose to work.
