Since installing iOS 5, the iPod function shuffle not working. Will play only first song continuously. Never had this problem prior to update.

For two songs now i have bought on itunes it only plays for 30 seconds, which is annoying becuase im buying the song not just a preview and its a waste of my money. Its starting to get really annoying now and feel i should get refunfed for the songs that its doing it to. Why would i just want 30 seconds of a song...Can you help me in anyway or figure out why its doing that. I know its not a ringtone its the real song.

When listening to iheart radio it will stop playing after the song plays or even mid song. No continues play. It started around the time i updated.

I have a Bold 9780, I have added a playlist of 31 songs to the media player using the desktop software. When I try to play the playlist in the media player, it seems to play the songs in a random (or what seems to be random) order. Is there any way to stop or correct this from happening?
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy iphone 4 plays the same songs over and over in my playlist. there are plenty of songs that it hasn't played and it repeats ones that has already played. i see that there is an app called true shuffle pro for $4.99. but my should i have to pay for this when i have already paid for so much and this seems like an easy fix in the software. seems like once again apple continues. to monopolize its software so you have to purchase higher upgrade phones and apps.

I shuffle my songs, however, during the shuffle, a music video will play.Â
I have check iTunes and the music video was unchecked. Checked my iPhone 4s (iOS 7.1.1) and it shows the the videos aren't on the phone, but have the iCloud download symbol next to them.Â
I have even deleted them from iTunes and switched off "Show All Music", under Music in Settings and "Show All Videos" under Video in Settings.Â
However, they videos are still being played in the shuffle.Â
when i hit the play/pause button it plays an old downloaded voice message. now i only preview these, but I have downloaded a couple and they still play sometimes. i can't find them to delete them.

To do this I press the Blackberry button and select 'Show Songs'. Problem is, I always have to scroll up to get to the 'Show Songs' item in the list because the 'Options' item is always highlighted and it is at the bottom of the list. My question is How do I get the list to have 'Show Songs' appear without having to scroll up to get it? - I have tried to close the application with the 'Show Songs' highlighted but it always reverts back to the 'Options' item highlighted.

It plays a song every time I end a call. It's getting embarrassing. I don't have a radio application open or anything.
When I use a song as my message tone the entire song plays instead if stopping when I open the message. Does anyone now how to shorten the message tone?

When I choose "repeat 1" to repeat the same song, it will play it, then go to the next song, and repeat THAT one over and over instead of the one I originally chose. everything was fine until these few days and i don't know what the problem is or what i have to do.
Got sneak update to the stock music player? My player got stuck with shuffle enabled and hitting the shuffle button would shuffle the play queue and there was no longer anyway to disable shuffle. After reboot, it fixed itself but the shuffle button still shuffled the play queue. That said, I like the change. The shuffle function had an amazing number of repeat songs. Now you can go through a whole playlist without getting a repeat.
