and such.AND the face book app thingy in my phone doesn't work, whenever i click on it it says no internet connection, when there is, cos if i click on google, then type in facebook and log in then it works, but not directly to the facebook app originally there when i turn on the phone.
I've had my play for 2.5 weeks now and recently I have tried to get Battlefield and NFS games on it via the promotional offer from EA, but when I lauched the games, it asked for downloads which I let it do but when it got to 100% it just hangs there and eventually it just say there's an error and I need to reconnect and download again.

I have to download content to play them but every time I get a error message after it tries to dowload for a few minutes and the yellow status bar goes up a little bit. Most apps take around 10 seconds to load, many games won't download and when I do find a game which downloads it just crashes, sometimes when I click the unlock button it can take around 20 seconds to unlock... This is rare but it does happen... I have soft and hard reset and it did not fix anything, I have everything turned off and have no apps running... I have Windows Phone 8.1 installed but really don't think this is the problem, Its really annoying me because the battery is good, but its just so slow and many things play up...
