IPhone :: All Of The Contacts Are Gone After Updates?
Mar 24, 2012
I UPDATED MY I PHONE 4 TO THE NEW WHAT EVR SYSTEM AND ALL MY CONTACTS WERE DELETED HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK? tell me that there is a way to recover 5 years of contacts ?
My daughters both have 9300's One is running on 6.0 2949 the other 9300 will not let me upgrade from 5.0 1399. When I plug phone into PC and check for updates I get message saying no Blackberry updates
Since the Market App was updated to ver. 3.1.5 on my htc Desire, that when I get a new message in the notification area that there are updates for any of my20 Apps and clicking on updates it goes straight into My apps but no updates are showing only installed apps so don't know what apps need to be updated, or if already updated it does not say what app was updated. On clicking on all my apps there is no ticks in any of the Automatic Update boxes! Before the update to ver. 3.1.5 you could see what apps needed to be updated and why and had a choice if you wanted it updated or not
I wanted to see the status updates of my facebook friends under contacts app. I've set the facebook app to "sync all" and the facebook inside Xperia is also checked. I'm coming from a freshly updated firmware .42 under the PC Companion Suite.
Is there a way for your iPhone to automatically search for application updates without having to open up the app store and go to the updates tab? I was hoping there could be some sort of notification icon (on the app store icon) saying how many updates are available..
I've been seeing new emojis like "pizza money" and a lot of others. And people are saying that the new emojis show up on the iOS 5.1 update, u already updated mine and my emoji is the same??? Does anyone know what I need to do to get them? Or exactly what app it is? I have the first emoji that comes up on the app store.
For some reason, I get a message on my phone that certain apps cannot be updated. In alot of cases, these apps are not even on my phone anymore. I tried to download them again, but the error still randomly pops up.
There are two apps on my account and I did not buyt them, this is causing a negitive balance on my account, in turn not allowing my updates. I need to know how to get these removed from my account
I have an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 5S. When I have app updates available, my iPhone 5S updates the apps without having to enter my Apple ID password. On my iPhone 4 I have to enter the password everytime - very tedious.Â
I have compared all security settings (including Restrictions) on both phones and they are identical. I have read that this was changed to not ask for the password anymore for app updates and free apps in iOS6. Could it be that my settings got currupted or something during one of the iOS updates (I've had it since iOS4).Â
My itunes applications page says I have 5 updates available, but when I click that link, it says "(my user ID) has no updates currently available." I can update from my iphone and am running the latest versions of snow leopard, itunes, and the iphone software. Thoughts?
Is there anyway, just to disable the notification counter on the appstore, or clear it with some or other hack. I do not want to update the apps there, but when i cancell the updates in Itunes, it does not remove them from my device? Please see screenshot (Appstore is within that folder on categories)
I'm new to ios and was wondering if the app store should normally let you know if an app needs to be updated? I see people having badges which show the amount of apps needing to be updated, but have never actually gotten that without going in the app store.
This is really getting frustrating. I'm trying different USB ports, restoring, etc. The past few times I've tried to sync my apps iTunes freezes, it gives me internal device errors, and I got this error where the file is not located. Is this happening anyone else or should I go about and try to get a replacement?
New to jailbreaking here. I currently have a jailbroken iphone 3gs / ios 4.0.1. I submitted the shsh blobs to comex's server. Question is... what do i do when apple releases a firmware upgrade to 4.1? I know I should wait till a jailbreak is ready for it, but how does this process go on? Should you upgrade it via iTunes or restore it and then upgrade? What happens to all those cydia apps i installed on my phone?
I cannot update existing apps or install new apps on my iphone. This just started happening today. I am having the same problem on my ipad. I have switched to a dfferent wifi network to see if it was a network problem. However, ti didn't make any difference.
I clicked on the update all apps button and the apps requiring update were tagged but none of the updates have started. I powered down the iphone and the ipad to see if that would help. But the apps updates/installations are stuck on waiting. I can't pause any of the updates.
I deleted one of the new apps and tried to reinstall it. However, it just hangs up when it gets ready to reinstall.
I tried to download 10 updates on my Iphone. The whole lot are "waiting" and unusable. There are 12 apps to be updated on my Ipad and I know I would be stupid to activate those! The response from Apple is that they can't find my account. They want screen shots - knowing the apps have been deleted.
I recently changed my apple id. On my iphone, I signed out and logged in with the new id. This works fine till I try to update my apps. The update is still listing my old id. How can I correct this?
I had 3 apps that needed updating, I went to the App icon and pressed update to all three. They all said "waiting" for a couple days and never installed. Then I deleted the apps and tried downloading them and they said the same thing "waiting", but never downloaded. Now, I try downloading any app to see if anything will download.
My very old apple id pops up for updates on apps that I originally downloaded long ago. That apple id is no longer valid, therefore I cant do the update.
I have iPhone 4gs that has updated to the latest software. Now when I try to update my apps, a popup window says "Cannot download There is not enough available storage to download these items. You can manage your storage in settings." Ok . . . When I go to Settings--General--Usage--Storage, it says I have 24.4 GB used and 4.1 GB available. This seems like plenty to update 18 apps. And in iCloud I have total storage of 25.0 GB, available 24.9 GB.
