Im a cheap-o and i dont feel like shelling out money for a whole bunch of games on iphone when id rather buy new xbox 360 games. does anyone know if there will be any free iphone apps for game center?

I have bought new iPhone 4s and I am trying to download some free apps on my iPhone but whenever I try To install a free app first it ask for my I'd and password which I enter and then it ask for I'd and password again To pay for a free app But why shall I pay it's free Every time same problem occurs whenever I try to download any free app?

i know there are apps that can alert you when an app you have selected gets a discount or goes free, but i was wondering if there a website that does this too. some apps will go free for a day or two then go back to charging.
