Afterwards, I am unable to download any apps. Updatation of old apps may be a problem, but I am concerned that I am neither unable to update old apps nor purchase new apps.

I touch the screen to install a free app, but the "accept and download" button does nothing when I touch it. However, I am able to purchase apps without any problem.
