Jun 20, 2014Fell asleep with my phone on the top left corner of my bed with it charging. I guess it slide down into the covers because when I woke up, it was underneath the covers and very hot (hard to touch). I put it on my dresser for about 5 minutes then in the fridge for about 5 more. It's not hot anymore and won't turn on, plugged in or otherwise. Am I screwed or is there a way to fix my phone

Dec 4, 2015My S6 says it is overheated and it will no longer charge or turn on, plugged in or not. This started after using the video camera, but I don't think that is the cause. It seems that the temperature sensor is reading temperature incorrectly.

Dec 5, 2011I got the Atrix 4g in Sept, It was a toss up between that or an Iphone 4. My 3GS was dying and I was due for an update. I went with the Atrix.
It was a great phone, until it was run over at a construction site. I had insurance and the next day I got a replacement, a refurb. The phone would shut down, or lock up I'm not sure what it was. I would have the phone in my shirt pocket and after a while I would feel it warming up, a lot. I would hit the "on" button and nothing. I would wait and nothing happened. It finally got to the point the only way the phone would start was take the battery out and put it back in. With an Otterbox this was getting to be an issue. This is my third replacement and it's doing the same thing.

Jan 1, 2010I plugged my bb into the wall and for a little bit it was charging fine but then the symbol disappeared. I unplugged and plugged back in which made the clock pop up so I know it connected right. But its still not charging. I turned the charging indicator led on with berrybuzz and the light didn't turn on when I plugged it in.
Meterberry says the temp is 111 degrees. I don't know what the 'normal' ranges are. I'm still under my 30day warranty so do I take it back? Is anyone else having this problem? Its done this before and it eventually charges but something is going on....

I plugged it in and the power light on the pod lit up but there is no indication on the 9700 that says it is charging when placed in pod and I set the clock to display when charging and that doesn't work when placed in the pod!I bought it from a place called OEM in Brooklyn.

However, when I use the Fast Charging cord that was boxed with my GS6, it seems to charge to 100% at lightning speed, but then seems to lose power 5 times faster the next day. I may barely use my phone for <10 minutes during the day, and it is down to 10% by 5pm! So, fast charging = faster battery loss? I'm not seeing an upside to the Fast Charging, at all.
