IPhone :: White IP Specification Change Possible Apple Chat Advise

I have been speaking with Apple Chat grilling them on various aspects of delivery times, release dates regarding the white iPhone.she advised me that i will be able to order the white iphone guaranteed at some point this month from their online store and at an Apple store on release date - nothing new there
when i asked how is it possible to get a product not for sale within the next 2 weeks compared with a product that is now out but cannot get that for another 3 weeks
she advised it is possible that the shipping time will be alot less that that of the black initially depending on how many orders they get - this makes sense INTERESTING though after the rumors of a new design, I asked is it possible that the white phone will be delayed again because if it is ill get a black and she advised.
SHE COULD NOT COMMENT ON THIS HOWEVER SPECIFICATIONS CAN CHANGE ON AN UNRELEASED PRODUCT..what do you make of this ??? why would she have even responded to my question with this answer?
Do you this it will be delayed because they are secretly coating the antenna like the rumors suggest ?
I bought this iPhone before Christmas but now I don't like white I wanna change it back to black and it has a little scratch on the screen. Can I just go to apple store and change one? What I need to ready for it? Do I need to Book an appointment for this?
I have an iPhone 3gs (old I know) and it boots up to the apple logo then a couple seconds later to a white screen. I have tried putting it in DFU mod or recovery mode with the whole to seconds sleep/wake button and 20 home, but nothing works. I have checked all the connectors and I am still getting that screen. If anyone can help it would be great. It all happened after I tried updating from the computer to 5.1.
My phone was recently in recovery mode and I had plugged it up to restore but it completely shut off. Now when I plug it up to the computer, it only shows the white screen with the apple logo. It stays on there for about 5 seconds then goes off. Keep in mind that my lock button does not work. What can I do?
I wanted to re start my iphone because it was acting kind of slow . I held the home button and the lock button at the same time to re start it . I did it and i saw my apple logo but a few seconds later white letters started appearing on my screen.. i tried re starting it again connecting to itunes but it doesnt recognize it . How to turn it back on?
I was in the process of downloading a couple of apps, and my iphone froze. I restarted it. Now, i'm stuck on the reboot black screen with the white apple logo. its been this way going on an hour or so.
I was updating my Iphone 5 to the new update and left it plugged in to finish the update. When I came back it was stuck on the white loading screen and a message on the computer said iTunes could not connect to the Iphone because it was locked with a passcode and wants me to enter the passcode. My 3 months old iphone 5c screen suddenly turns black with the white Apple logo for a few seconds then returns to normal almost everyday especially while playing game like Dead Trigger 2 or while using the camera and sometimes while browing the web and after disconnected the call. The problem started since last week the screen just shows a sign connect to itune, after several attempts i succeed to restore it. My husbands iphone 5 is acting up. First screen is black and white-tried switching toggle in Accessibility but didn't do anything. Second his contacts keep disappearing and third the battery is dying frequently.
I've recently changed my apple id on iTunes and iPad 2. When I go to app store on my phone it's still showing old id and I can't work out own to change it.
