IPhone :: Unable To Turn Off 4s

When I power off my Iphone, the screen goes black for a few seconds, and then the apple logo appears and the phone powers back on. I have tried resetting it (I think) by holding both the lock button and the home screen button at the same time, but the problem continues. The phone indicates that it is up to date on all software. The phone also seems to be draining battery charge at a faster rate. I purchased the phone in December 2011, so it is not that old.

I downloaded the new software update and since then my battery is at 100% at 9am and by 3.30pm it's at 1%! Also, each time I try to turn it off it immediately turns itself back on! I don't want to have to reset and lose all my info!

I was just texting on my phone and all of a sudden the screen went blank, When i tried to turn it back on the apple logo came up for like a minute and then it turned off again, it did this one more time and then wouldn't turn on at all. it was on 80% battery, but it left it on charge over night and when i won't up still nothing?. It didn't go near any water or i didn't drop it or anything. I've tried the reset buttons about 6000 times and when i plug it into itunes it doesn't do anything at all and it doesn't even go into the recovery mode? I tried all the things on the apple website but i can't find anything of what it could be.

Today my iPhone just went off without me doing anything.It had over 80% charge and now won't come on at all.I've tried holding the lock and home button together but it doesn't do anything.I've also left it charging but its still not responding I have had the phone for less than 2 years?

My iphone (4s) won't power off. I hold down the button on the upper right for a few seconds, an option comes up to swipe to the right to "power off" the phone. I swipe this to the right and the phone powers off for only a few seconds and then automatically turns itself back on. This is a new problem for this phone. I was able to power it off previously, so I'm confident that it's not "pilot error".

I got an iPhone 4S today.Siri was working when I got the phone, but when I updated the OS and restored my apps from my last backup, Siri stopped working.I go to Settings -> General -> Siri to enable it, but it doesn't work. When I open the settings back up, Siri is once again disabled.

I called the phone company, and they gave me this code I plug it in call pay money to get the service of Blocking my number when calling someone. I signed up for the service, but when I went to Settings --> Phone --> Show Callers ID, I was not able to turn it OFF, it was blocked to ON. What do I do to make it work, I really don't want to jailbreak my iPhone for this.

For months now, I haven't been able to use iMessage. I go to the Messages page on Settings and it says that iMessage is turned on but that it is "Waiting for activation...". When I click "Use your Apple ID for iMessage" and put in my information (which I know is correct because it works for iTunes and the App Store) it takes about 3 minutes then comes up with a message saying "Could not sign in. Pleace check your network connection and try again." This doesn't make any sense because I am definitely connected to the network- I have plenty of service, 3G, etc. I am also pretty sure that this is connected to why nothing has been sent to my iCloud either...

1.My iPhone4 instantly power gone 3times or 4 may be.(but battery 90% still remaining)

I have an iphone 4 which was working fine. I tried to update it but this time I used a computer running xp. When I did so I got an error. Since getting this error my iphone will not turn on. I am not even getting apple logo. It does show up in itunes but I get the message:"We're sorry, we are unable to continue with your activation at this time."
I have tried holding down the home and power button to do a restore and nothing is happening.
