IPhone :: PC Recognized It As A Camera And Its Not Connected To Itunes?

Had an unusual problem with my Iphone. Its been syncing fine with my XP pc and itunes is fine up to last night, my son had his iphone and connected it to my profile but it didnt sync as you would expect, however now the problem is no apple product will connect correctly to the pc on any profile?We have 2 i phone 4s and 2 ipods 4th gen they all now connect as image devices and itunes doesn't recognise them I think its something to do with the PC seeing the iphone / ipod but im not sure, I have reinstalled itunes and everything else is up to date. but I'm baffled now?
I upgraded my itunes to 10.6 but now neither my ipod or iphone 4s will sync with itunes. My computer recognizes each as a camera. I have tried resetting them both but nothing.
I took a 30 minute video of my sons kindergarten graduation on my iphone 4s and it shows up on the phone in the camera roll. When i connected it to my computer to tranfer this video to itunes it doesnt show up anywhere, except in my camera roll on my phone. ive transferred many videos and cannot figure out what im doing wron with this one.
I follow all the steps to make my iPhone recognized on iTunes.But it is not recognized on Windows 7. It don't appears on My Computer, and it does not ask for install driver when I plug it in.
I used my Blackberry 9900 ( Carrier : o2 UK, OPerating system: OS 7.1) to make a call and noticed it was running out of battery. I then placed it on my table only to return to find it dead. I have tried everything from connecting the phone to 4 different computers, with and without the battery, I have also used about 3 or 4 other batteries and it still wont come on or show any sign of life. The worst part is whilst researching the issue online, I noticed other people mention a light or a sign comes up but with mine there has been no light, no sign, just DEAD! I tried the App Loader method but no PC recognises the phone when connected. The phone was never dropped or wet or ever misplaced or mishandle. I have had it for just over a year and this is puzzling.
I am using the most updated itunes version with windows 7 64 bit. I can connect to itunes with my iphone 4GS, but my old Iphone 3GS isn't being recognized by itunes. I have tried turning iphone off and on and restarting computer. I can connect everytime with my 4GS, but it will never recognize my 3GS.
My Ihone 4s is not being recognized by Itunes.There seems to be no connection, the cable i am using is not the problem because itunes will recognize my Ipad2 and Ipod thru it. I have the most current itunes and phone software
For the first time in a while, I'm trying to sync my phone with itunes. The last time I connected it was before the OS upgrade. I'm not sure if this has something to do with it? I tried almost everything in the troubleshooting except for uninstalling and reinstalling itunes. I have a lot of play lists saved that I'm afraid to lose My computer is recognizing that the iphone is connected.
I have some truble with my itunes not recognising my iphone as a mobile device. In the pc the iphone is recognised as a camera and when pluged in it still charges etc.
My iphone 3GS has recently restored the music and contacts. As a result itunes will no longer recognize me iphone. It will either say I need to charge it or the apple logo will stay on the screen. It has been jailbroken (So I can't update it), but has kept working. How do I fix it (Having itunes recognze the phone)?
Trying to Sync my iPhone 4 but it will not show up under devices in iTunes - thought i had a bad plug or connector but plugged our other iphone 4 in it popped right up and was able to sync, am using my mac desk top and tried my macbook pro too. Did get error message but unfortunately did not write it down
iTunes and iPhoto will not recognize my iPhone 4 when I plug it in.I just "synced/backed-up" my phone about 3 weeks ago and it was fine, now it will not do anything when I plug it into my Mac.I have re-booted the phone and my mac and updated the software on both and nothing. I have tried the holding down the "sleep/turn off button and home button until the picture of the USB cord shows to plug it into iTunes and I do so and still nothing happens. I have turned my phone off and then plugged it into the USB and the phone will turn back on but still is not recognized by iTunes or iPhoto.I have tried the iSync from the applications on my Mac and it recognized it as my Smartphone, but then says it can not pair the device.I have called Apple Support and of course they will do nothing for you unless you pay for it because I am past my 90 days...bunch of crap when the phone is not even a year old (7-8 months)!I have done everything short of resetting to its original factory settings, which I do not have a problem doing if iTunes will then recognize the phone, but what do I do if it doesn't...I have lost everything and how do I get it back?
My Iphone 5c is not recognized by Itunes when I plug it in, however I know that the USB port is not faulty because my computer recognizes the device. My laptop is running Windows 8.1. I've gone through the Apple support documents for this issue with no luck. My Iphone is running the latest update, IOS 8.1.1, and my phone is also up to date. Â
Iphone 4 is not recognized by iTunes and it wants me to reset but I must make sure my contacts are backed up first. they are the only things I care about. I was able to download my pictures but not my contacts, music or anything else. want free solution preferably.
New iPhone recognized as an imaging device (camera). Tried updating driver is device manager, stopped and started the apple mobile device in adminstrative options, unloaded and reloaded the newest version of iTunes, changed USB port and cable, restarted the phone, restarted the computer, disabled anti-virus software....what next?
My iPhone 4 suddently won't charge anymore nor get recognized by iTunes it's a hardware issue but not sure which part.
Sympthoms:
iPhone 4 not charging via USB connected to Windows PC, Macbook Pro iPhone 4 not charging via wall charger iPhone 4 not being recognized by iTunes in all my computers (tried in 2 Windows PCs, a Macbook Pro) iPhone 4 not being even recognized as some device, It's like it never was connected.
At this moment I have no remaning battery charge so the phone can't be turned on. Before battery was drained, I tried to reset my phone, turn it off/on again, remore all settings (through the phone, because I can't do it through iTunes)
None of this worked. So, I guess it has something to do with the iPhone dock connector..
I'm on a older MacBook pro running iTunes version 9.2.1. When I plug my iPhone 4s into my comp iPhoto recognizes it and I can transfer photos but iTunes doesn't see my phone at all... Tried following apples suggestions, restart phone and iTunes, reset iPhone, check USB connections... Nothing has worked yet.
cannot install 64bit itunes driver - digitally unsigned. 7 Home premium. Iphone connects fine at work 7pro. Need help. I can connect if i disable unsigned driver pressing F8 at startup.
I purchased 10.6.3 and since upgraded to 10.6.8. Now my iPhone 4s is not recognized in iTunes (10.6.1) I rebooted and unplugged - replugged everything and still nothing. My phone IS recognized in iPhoto though, for what it's worth.
I am trying to get iphone recognized in iTunes? I just did an update to iOS5 and my phone is no longer recognized. It said it couldn't complete the update. What to do?
