I have an iPhone 4s and it's factory unlocked! When I try to activate iMessage and FaceTime I sing in with my apple Id and a different number is set up than mine!! How can I change this number in order to get the activation done??

When i switch on the imessage it tells "you will be charged from the network provider",If i click on "ok" it start saying "waiting for activation" and after sometimes it says "sorry imessage unable to activate,try again" and if i click on "NO" for network provider question it gets activated.And also i cant find my "caller id colomn" at "recieve at"option.

I recently moved away from home for school and where I moved to I'm roaming constantly. My phone started not receiving or sending texts to people without iMessage. I turned my iMessage off to try to send myself a text and make the others come through and now my iMessage won't activate. I can only receive phone calls now. I've tried everything to fix it. Turned my phone off and on, reset all my settings. Nothing works.
