I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). I lost important notes while syncing my iPhone on my MacBook Pro. I have synced before, and know that the notes on my phone migrate to the MacBook Pro. If I want them back on the phone, I had to drag them back to the phone. So I synced notes and there was an option as to whether to keep or delete notes that were synced; I am quite sure that I chose, "keep." Now, I am unable to find those valuable notes on either device. Ouch. Can you help? Is there a backup type of place to recover them?
