I recently purchased a single song from iTunes and then purchased the whole album. How do I get the single to show up in the album? When I try to sync the iPhone 4 after I have made a playlist in iTunes with the complete album, it won't even show up in the device list but it just showed up in the device list in iPhoto? So I downloaded all the photos on the iPhone to iPhoto. I can't sync the new playlist if it won't show up in the device list. What am I doing wrong?

The latest track was released yesterday and it says I purchased it in the store but it hasn't downloaded. It hasn't done this before when the artist has released a track and I didn't get the email that usually comes that lets me know it is downloading.

I deleted the backup file while trying to update to 5.1.1. My phone wouldn't update and I read that I needed to delete the previous backup (bad idea). Well after I updated OS I can't backup to get my previous files and contacts. This is horrible and I am lost at this point on what to do. And I haven't been using iCloud.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI transferred 2000+ songs on to my memory card and when i went to play them they play fine but the thumbnails are all the same. he phone seems to have picked a random thumbnail and applied it to every song. I've tried everything to change it and get an individual thumbnail for each song with no luck. I've tried Album Art Grabber but for some reason it picks out only one artist from my sd card and I can change that thumbnail but it then changes them to all being the same.

Until a few days ago I've been able to use the HTC Sync Manger's "Update song information" function (powered by Gracenote) to get the album art. It's been successful for the last ~50 albums however it has not worked for the last 7.
I've tried;
-Repeated attempts to Update song information (I was connected to the internet)
-Restarting my computer
-Uninstalling HTC Sync Manager, then reinstalling the latest version from the HTC website

I have been trying to contact the support team however my support has expired, I connected my iphone 4s to my computer and it started to sync nothing new, however, when I looked at my phone it actually restored my phone to a previous back up and i have none of my photos/videos I have taken between the last backup and now.Â
