IPhone :: Constant Messages Telling Rental Period Has Expired?
Mar 22, 2012
I rented a movie a couple weeks ago on my iPhone 4S through iTunes but it never downloaded because I didn't have enough free space on my phone. Now that it's expired I keep getting constant messages telling me that it's expired even though that was about two weeks ago. How do I get rid of these constant prompts?
I got a bb 9900 and the text messages inside the sms folder keeps missing. Sometimes it shows I have many messages and the the next moment it disappears. I have set the message validity period to maximum. still this keeps happening.
I find this is worth doing to stop itunes from upgrading your phone or accidentally upgrading. (if you set a jailbreak up for a friend who might not be wise to JB's worth doing this to them) Download FWChanger from Cydia and set custom firmware, then reboot. I set mine to 3.1.3 and i used build 7E18.
For those who dont know what this prog does, basically it just changes the number of your firmware, and nothing else (as far as i know), so itunes picks it up as your running latest firmware (when really you are not). Now itunes says my software is up to date.
My iPhone 4s keeps telling me that I have 13 apps waiting to download, but they don't download, I have downloaded other apps and it's when I do this it tells me about the apps. I have made sure that there are no up dates for all apps as well as making sure that the phones software it up to date and have switched the phone off for the master reset, but I still have the problem.
Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1, I have downloaded other apps fine
yesterday all of a sudden the home button stopped working then the battery dropped immediately and started saying no service in the top left corner, now it's plugged into the charger and is telling me to plug it into itunes and when i do it says that the iphone is in recovery mode and is not recognized. My phone wont even turn on now!
My Gmail account won't work unless I am in a Wi-fi area, and even then only sometimes. It tells me my password is incorrect even when I know it is not.
I have been trying to connect to my Yahoo email. It keeps telling me that my user name and/or password are incorrect. They are both correct and it will not connect.
just got a new iphone 5s and i am trying to get on the app store but it is telling me that not connected to itunes when i connect to itunes it was fine then went back to app store it is telling me sign in to itunes store so i do that with my apple id and password but is still isn't working
On my old iPhone 4s a calendar reminder would stay visible until I had read it. My iPhone 6 plus seems to lose the reminder after a short period but certainly before I have read it. Is there a setting I have wrong.
I am trying to upgrade my iPhone 4 to iOS 5. As my MacPro is still running Snow Leopard, I decided NOT to sync with iCloud but rather with iTunes. Every time I connect the iPhone, iTunes tells me the restore has been interrupted and offers to resume backup. When I do, it starts restoring, restarts the iPhone and then I get same message.... over and over again.
When I go to check my email a box pops up telling me the password is wrong and it's not! I have tried shutting my phone completely off and turn it back on and it still does it!
Why when trying to setup my gmail account on this supposedly incredible iPhone 4S it keeps telling me that imap username and or password is wrong? I have tried everything I was told and still same problem?
When trying to install any app on my iphone 5c, it keeps telling me, that either my APPLE ID or password is incorrect, even after I've reset my password. Why is this happening?
If you go into settings, then to general, then to usage, then go to the bottom and click on cellular usage what does 'current period' and 'lifetime' mean? Because mine both say 3days and 0 hours.
My Gmail account was telling me I had an incorrectu username and/or password. I treid to delete the account, and reinstall and now I'm still getting the same message. I tried on wifi and 3G, I confirmed I was able to log onto my email from a computer, and I tried to reboot my phone.
I used to used maps to tell me when the next bus is home everyday and it used to tell me but now it gives me a really long route with a few trains and buses but i know there is one bus direct which doesnt show anymore.. it is happening for me and my sisters iPhones i have an iPhone 4 and she has a 4S.This is the same route and it wasnt on a holiday just a normal day.Fully working year and a bit old
since upgrading to IOS 8, I am constantly getting warnings that from apps that mobile data is turned off. This happens when connected via WiFi and even when opening Settings - the place where you turn mobile data on and off! How can I disable this annoying alert and has a bug been submitted as it is incor behaviour to moan about mobile data when INET connectivity is present via WiFi.Â
BTW, this interface for this site is tragically bad when using an iPhone 5 in landscape mode. It doesn't "just work"
Our records indicate that your product is not covered under Apple's 1-year limited warranty or AppleCare Protection Plan for hardware repairs and service based on the estimated expiration date. what does this means? anyway my warranty over for 2 years ago can i still buy back the warranty?
Ok, having the "Your request can't be processed" is 1 thing but when it says "Your Session Expired" EVERY SINGLE TIME. Now you get me mad I get this on Chrome and Firefox, i can't even get the stupid Spinning wheel of death
New iphone 4 indicates that temporary voicemail password has expired, select a new one. In trying to do so, the first step is to enter current password. I either did not have one, or I don't remember it. Could the prompt mean just to enter a new password?
