I just started getting the popup requiring me to enter security questions and answers. Every time I try to enter the information I get about 1/3 of the way through and the page resets or refreshes. What is going on and how can I stop this? I can't download any new apps until I get past this step.

I was trying to download music and when it asked me for answers to some sercurity questions I forgot them. So when I tried to change them, it says it sent me a reset thing to my e-mail. Everything on there is correct and has not changed in over a year.Everytime I submit it a message says "security code invalid" but it is in fact correct... I've tried calling apple and they were no help... I know many ppl have this problem I have money in my card the number and info has not been changed I just don't have answers anymore.I tried to see with wifi and it doesn't matter it still asks me for my billing info trying to download or update anything...
