IPhone :: Forgot The Answers To My Security Questions And When It Says It Sent Me The Email To Change Them It Never Did

I was trying to download music and when it asked me for answers to some sercurity questions I forgot them. So when I tried to change them, it says it sent me a reset thing to my e-mail. Well, I never got it no matter how many times I tried to send it but it did send me other e-mails about updating my profile and stuff but never the reset thing.
Why is it that I can't receive the email to reset my security questions and answers.. My email information is all accurate but I'm not receiving the email and I've even checked spam and junk folders..
I recently made my itunes account and put $15 on it, But when I go to buy music I have to type in my security question answers and I forgot them, How do I change them? Or is there anyway to get by it?
I don t remember the security questions of my ID account.... I know they can be changed sending the reset info to my "rescue email account" but the problem is that the "rescue email account" that i have assigned doesn t exist anymore and i can t find a way to change it to a different one...
