I recently made my itunes account and put $15 on it, But when I go to buy music I have to type in my security question answers and I forgot them, How do I change them? Or is there anyway to get by it?

So when I tried to change them, it says it sent me a reset thing to my e-mail. Well, I never got it no matter how many times I tried to send it but it did send me other e-mails about updating my profile and stuff but never the reset thing.
