Jun 1, 2012This morning my iphone4s shutdown suddenly. When I restarted my phone, it prompt me the cable to connect to iTunes. After I connected to iTunes, it prompts me to restore. However, I do not have any data backup yet. Any way to do backup my data before I do this restore?

Jun 1, 2011I have recently had some problems with my BB 8900. My BB just suddenly shut down and when i tried to turn it back on it just didn't work. When I try to charge it by USB cable it looks like it charging, and when the red light goes off, the screen turns white and there is a battery with a lightning running trough it. I really do not know what to do. I tried to take out and put the battery back in, but I get the same response.

Black Screen Suddenly Appear On IPhone 5s
Jun 26, 2014My phone was working fine earlier today, I've made calls etc no problems, but it a black screen has suddenly appeared, and I can't see anything on the screen. the phone rings when I have an incoming call but I can't answer it. I've charged it for the last hour and still nothing, it vibrates when plug it in to charge but no battery sign etc comes up. I've tried to press home and start button together for a minute to reset but still nothing. If I press and hold the home key, I get Siri.

So I cancelled the pop out I think. Then suddenly many photos that were unaffected initially, and not meant to be imported, became unreadable.Â
I then decided to eject my phone, thinking that it'd be ok. However, when i looked at my phone's photos later, the photos that weren't supposed to be transferred, suddenly turned black and then my phone got frozen for a few minutes. So I decided to shut off my phone.Â
After I switched it on again, I checked to see if the photos were there. To my horror, over 2000 photos went missing and more than half of which contain important screenshots and family photos and whatnot

With the issue of battery running out pretty fast (even if taking meassures) I really don´t see how Apples developers were thinking here.
