When another phone tries to connect with mine, my iphone just says not connected and when i click on it it says, Connection unsuccessful and that the other phone is not supported. Why won't my phone let me pair with any other devices?

My Iphone 4s does not locate my car's bluetooth connection therefore I cannot use my press to talk feature through my car's steering wheel and I cannot talk through the speaker system. Can someone Advise on a Fix. My iPhone 4 has no problem finding signal still. It's a 2010 Kia Soul if that matters. I just updated the IOS on the iPhone 4s but not the iPhone 4. Is this an IOS 5.1 issue or iPhone 4s?

How can I send files via Bluetooth from my Tour to other phones? I have even been able to pair to the other device, but I don't see the option to send/copy/move files through Bluetooth. I can only send my Address book via Bluetooth.
