For the past 5 days my iPhone continuously keeps crashing. I had to do a hard reset then do a total restore. The first time it did it after I restored it, it was fine overnight then the following morning it crashed again. Once again needed to do a total restore, this time I set it up as a new iPhone and did not sync all my music, photo's and apps. It lasted about an hour before it crashed AGAIN. Then it would not restore it would get through to the "waiting for iPhone"but the iPhone would not respond. Eventually this morning I finally restored it and once again didn't sync anything. Its working now but I don't know for how long. I HAVE NOT JAILL BROKE it before anyone asks. I believe you know when you buy a iPhone that they have some limits on what you can do. If you want to use other features but a android phone
I cannot seem to convince my camera app to operate. As soon as I touch the icon, it produces a window stating that unfortunately the Camera has stopped. Tried to switch off and on the phone several times, but to no avail. My Nexus 5 runs on 5.1.1.
This ocurred today, previously the app store displayed my installed apps OK.Now I continuously get the login request when attempting to display my installed apps.I can dowload and install apps
I have the iphone 4 now 6 months, really love the phone apart from the dropped calls. I have these every single call I make or receive. I am with Tesco mobile which uses the o2 network, so reception is fantastic. I have done all the usual stuff like place a bumper around phone but made no difference. What I have noticed is the dropped calls seem to happen when the phone goes from 3g to 2g does anyone else have this problem?I am getting to the stage of changing to a different phone.
I turned my iPhone 4s on this morning and it has been 'searching' for network ever since. I have this problem a lot and it sometimes takes 24 hours to get my network (O2)
I'm having trouble re- downloading an app every time I tried to re- purchase,it kept on coming up with the msg.not enough storage space but i have plenty to spare.
My iPhone 5s doesn't seem to recognize any sim card. Keeps indicate searching with or without the presence of a sim card inserted. I have tried every necessary avenue and it's not making any changes.
So I downgraded my iPhone 3G to 3.1.3 to reduce the slowness of 4.0Used recboot to kick it out at the end of the restore process and everything was golden. However then I thought why not just restore all the way back down to 3.0.1 to enable tethering again. So I tried to do that. When I do this my iPhone will not stay in recovery mode or DFU mode long enough for the restore process to start. I can't even upgrade to 4.0.2. I have succesfully gotten it into both recovery and DFU but it won't stay there. It reboots fine and everything still works I just can't upgrade or downgrade anymore. I thought of using recboot to get it into recovery mode and keep it there however I can't do that because of a ASL.dll not found error.
Recently, I've been noticing that my signal inductor is regularly (approx every 1-2mins) dropping to zero and then regaining signal.Due to this, I've experienced several dropped calls and network problems, and all the basic troubleshooting solutions don't seem to work.As its losing signal constantly, I've noticed that this is also rapidly draining my battery life.
My phone randomly starts vibrating and the screen goes unresponsive. I read a post that said to reboot it by pressing the home button and power button at the same time. That stopeed the vibrating and the screen came back on. Is there anything else I should do? Any way to keep this from happening in the future?
My iphone 4 continuously zooms in and out of the locked screen without me even touching it. The touchscreen does not work. Whenever I receive a call, I see the call but I can't answer as it's zooming in and out even though I am not touching the screen.
My iPhone 4S has been constantly displaying the ringer volume since this morning. I have tried turning off my phone and turning it back on, resetting my phone, syncing it to iTunes, and pretty much everything else. Everything is functioning correctly, and I'm able to navigate my phone normally, but it's an inconvenience to have to try to look at the things on my screen through the ringer volume notification.
I continue to lose sound during a face time conversation 3-5 minutes into the conversation. The other end can hear me fine, but I can no longer hear them. I usually hang up and call again and it's fine for awhile longer. I've called into Apple several times and so far the advisors have never heard of this problem. So far I can duplicate it when using my earbuds or without. I use my iPhone4S and my sister users her iMAC. Apple had me reset and test. Of course the next call I made for 6 minutes was fine. I made a call to the same person later in the day and could no longer hear 2 minutes into the conversation.
I have purchased this device from my colleague, he is a US citizen, this device worked for some time than suddenly asking searching after trying Airplane Mode Off/On , Reset Network Setting , nothing worked than I try to restore from iTunes unfortunately , I am not able to activate it. and it still showing searching...I know my ICloud  login Id and Password .
My wife is on a school trip to the US. Meanwhile, I am at home in Canada. I am texting her, but I found it odd she never replies and vice versa. So, she discovered that her iPhone (latest iOS 5 release) keeps trying to send the message as an iMessage. It is not reverting to SMS after a given time, as it should and as I have seen it do before. I have tried it now also and my wife only receives my messages when she has a wifi connection (she does not have data roaming enabled). It seems like my iPhone too continously tries to send the message as an iMessage and it does not switch to SMS after a certain timeout time. The message that the iPhone continously tries to send as an iMessage never fails, however the status does not change until the next time my wife is in wifi coverage and the message is delivered.
My iPhone 3GS keeps chucking me out of everything - apps, web and even typing a text! Its infuriating, I just get to the end of typing a message and it just goes off and back to the "home" screen. When I go back in to the text that I typed has gone!!! If I am googling or on Facebook it does the same thing.
Since I replaced my Iphone 4S - 64 GB for a new one due to broken screen, my Iphone has been crashing with the use of any app, e-mail, and anything else. I spent most of the last weekend doing what Apple asked me to do. Soft reset, hard reset, restore to factory settings, open it in security/recovery mode, and anything else. After all this, I still can not read e-mail, or check facebook, or add new contact, play music over bluetooth, or any other function on Iphone other than place calls.
I have brought an app called 'draw something' and it crashes all the time. It opens to the home screen and then crashes and shuts down and sometimes it doesnt even open.I have updated my iphone4s to the latest software, reinstalled it,restarted phone!
Since a few weeks my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.0.1 and now 5.1) keeps crashing. First it were paniclogs after that memory leaks and now reset counter. What I see is a screen that gets a color (red,blue,...) and reboots.I did a new instal already twice and I deleted all apps I bought after the first crash occurred.
I tried to update my phone to the new software after never updating it before. I saved a backup in my iTunes but if I try to access the backup I get error (-50). i can't get my contacts back!
This is very annoying. Since 5.1 upgrade, my iPhone 4 shows slowness and it's crashing several time / day. When an app is open, after a couple of minutes, the screen becomes black with a little white spin wheel that stops spinning after a couple of tours then the iPhone freeze.
If I let it like that, It takes about five to ten minutes to come back to the login screen. There's still about 5GB free for 16GB capacity.
Even now, I'm taping this note and the iPhone is so slow, letters appears seconds after as a bunch. I'm not sure, but it look like apps related to network activities seems to crash more often.
