I have a Blackberry Bold 9780. It was working fine till this morning until I installed an update for the Tube Map application. After that it automatically restarted and has been continuously doing so without even entering the OS once. In other words, it just keeps restarting itself without actually booting. I tried entering into the safe mode, even that doesn't work!

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy blackberry curve 9360 which is two months hold has been constantly restarting itself since last night. I've spent all day looking online and trying everything possible but nothing has worked. I've updated software, taken out the battery, left it on charge, left it off charge, taken out the memory card, wiped absolutely everything but nothing has worked. I can't make it to the o2 shop until Wednesday but would obviously prefer for it to be fixed before then.

View 5 Replies View RelatedFor the past 5 days my iPhone continuously keeps crashing. I had to do a hard reset then do a total restore. The first time it did it after I restored it, it was fine overnight then the following morning it crashed again. Once again needed to do a total restore, this time I set it up as a new iPhone and did not sync all my music, photo's and apps. It lasted about an hour before it crashed AGAIN. Then it would not restore it would get through to the "waiting for iPhone"but the iPhone would not respond. Eventually this morning I finally restored it and once again didn't sync anything. Its working now but I don't know for how long. I HAVE NOT JAILL BROKE it before anyone asks. I believe you know when you buy a iPhone that they have some limits on what you can do. If you want to use other features but a android phone

My phone continuously dropping even some times cant find signals.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the iphone 4 now 6 months, really love the phone apart from the dropped calls. I have these every single call I make or receive. I am with Tesco mobile which uses the o2 network, so reception is fantastic. I have done all the usual stuff like place a bumper around phone but made no difference. What I have noticed is the dropped calls seem to happen when the phone goes from 3g to 2g does anyone else have this problem?I am getting to the stage of changing to a different phone.

So I downgraded my iPhone 3G to 3.1.3 to reduce the slowness of 4.0Used recboot to kick it out at the end of the restore process and everything was golden. However then I thought why not just restore all the way back down to 3.0.1 to enable tethering again. So I tried to do that. When I do this my iPhone will not stay in recovery mode or DFU mode long enough for the restore process to start. I can't even upgrade to 4.0.2. I have succesfully gotten it into both recovery and DFU but it won't stay there. It reboots fine and everything still works I just can't upgrade or downgrade anymore. I thought of using recboot to get it into recovery mode and keep it there however I can't do that because of a ASL.dll not found error.
View 22 Replies View RelatedRecently, I've been noticing that my signal inductor is regularly (approx every 1-2mins) dropping to zero and then regaining signal.Due to this, I've experienced several dropped calls and network problems, and all the basic troubleshooting solutions don't seem to work.As its losing signal constantly, I've noticed that this is also rapidly draining my battery life.

My phone randomly starts vibrating and the screen goes unresponsive. I read a post that said to reboot it by pressing the home button and power button at the same time. That stopeed the vibrating and the screen came back on. Is there anything else I should do? Any way to keep this from happening in the future?

My iPhone 4S has been constantly displaying the ringer volume since this morning. I have tried turning off my phone and turning it back on, resetting my phone, syncing it to iTunes, and pretty much everything else. Everything is functioning correctly, and I'm able to navigate my phone normally, but it's an inconvenience to have to try to look at the things on my screen through the ringer volume notification.

I continue to lose sound during a face time conversation 3-5 minutes into the conversation. The other end can hear me fine, but I can no longer hear them. I usually hang up and call again and it's fine for awhile longer. I've called into Apple several times and so far the advisors have never heard of this problem. So far I can duplicate it when using my earbuds or without. I use my iPhone4S and my sister users her iMAC. Apple had me reset and test. Of course the next call I made for 6 minutes was fine. I made a call to the same person later in the day and could no longer hear 2 minutes into the conversation.

My wife is on a school trip to the US. Meanwhile, I am at home in Canada. I am texting her, but I found it odd she never replies and vice versa. So, she discovered that her iPhone (latest iOS 5 release) keeps trying to send the message as an iMessage. It is not reverting to SMS after a given time, as it should and as I have seen it do before. I have tried it now also and my wife only receives my messages when she has a wifi connection (she does not have data roaming enabled). It seems like my iPhone too continously tries to send the message as an iMessage and it does not switch to SMS after a certain timeout time. The message that the iPhone continously tries to send as an iMessage never fails, however the status does not change until the next time my wife is in wifi coverage and the message is delivered.
