IPhone :: 4 Calendar Additions Don't Show On ICloud
Jun 26, 2012
When I add a date/event to Calendar on my 4S, it does not show up on either my iMac or in iCloud. Added events DO show up on my iPhone if I add them to either my iMac or on iCloud.
I want to sync my icloud calendar with my iphone calendar. All of my entries from previous months are on my icloud calendar but not my iphone. How do I get them back on there? I have corrected my settings for future entries (I think/hope) but want to put the old stuff back on.
My iPhone 4 syncs to iCloud perfectly however I cannot get my calendar to also sync to the ical on my desktop, the calendar only goes to the ical on iCloud. I would like my events to also appear on my macbook?
I have one calendar that is in a different section when I look at the calendars list that says "on my phone."It doesn't sync with icloud like the ones in the section below it called "Untitled Account".The phone made it the default calendar for some reason and now a BUNCH of appointments don't show up on the other calendars. How do I fix this.I want all the calendars accessed everywhere!
All were syncing and now, nothing is syncing.Iphone calendar is not syncing to Icloud. Microsoft outlook is not syncing to Icloud. Not sure what is going on, but I need this working!
Im new with the iphone and Icloud and use the calendar for my work appointments. I am trying to access the beginning of the month of May to do some book keeping and on my iphone. However, the first few weeks are missing. I beleive that those weeks are now in my icloud calendar on my pc which I have no idea how to access?
My friend and I share an iCal calendar through iCloud.Until recently, we received email notifications anytime either of us made changes to exisiting calendar events or added new items to the calendar. Does anyone know why these email notifications stopped?
My wife and I both have an iphone 4s, both connected to the same icloud for synchronisation of our calendars.I have an annoying bug that is messing with my emoticons that are in my calendar (week calendar and iphone calendar) since updating to the latest IOS. I have a number of recurring events that have one or more icons(emoticons) in them for easier recognition. Almost all of these events show ?? where an emoticon used to be. The same happens on my ipod. On my wife's iphone all is ok, except if I change an emoticon on my phone, then she gets the ?? too.
It all worked perfectly fine until the latest IOS update.
If I add a calendar entry on iCloud or on my laptop (Win 7, Outlook 2010) the event shows up on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, laptop, and iCloud). However, if I enter an event on my iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1.4) calendar it will not show up anywhere else. My iCloud login is set up with my ID login on all my devices. Also, my iPhone is set to sync Calendars and under "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" my "Account" is correct, "Calendars" is switched "ON", and I have tried setting "Fetch New Data" to both Push and Pull. Still, whenever I enter an event on my iPhone Calendar it will not show up anywhere else.
Just got the iPhone 6 and it's cool and all but my calendar and contacts won't sync with iCloud. Not sure why and I haven't really found a good solution on the web anywhere.
I find that if I enter something on Outlook (using Windows), an entry in the Contacts or in the Calendar, it does sync with my ipad/iphone. But when I enter on the ipad/iphone, it does not sync with Outlook at all. I have resorted to emailing myself and then entering it when I'm at the computer. I've read here on the forums and tried various things but it doesn't seem to work.
I receive many invites from co-workers who use Outlook / Exchange to create appointments. I receive the appointment, accept and add it to iCal on my MacBook Pro (10.7.3) just fine. I sync my calendars to my iPhone and iPad via iCloud.I can open the appointment and view it on the MacBook and via the web-iCloud interface, but if I try to view it on my iPhone or iPad, the Cal app will crash immediately. It happens with 100% of the accepted invites on both iOS devices. I've rebooted the devices to no avail. Any alarms associated with the appointment work on the iOS devices, but I just can't view the appointment. Manually created appointments have no problems.
I have a subscribed calendar in iCal on my desktop that shows up in the list of iCloud calendars on my iPhone, but none of the events actually show up on my iPhone even though that calendar is selected to show its events. How can I fix this? It's really strange that my phone "sees" the calendar, but won't show the events that are in it! Very frustrating! I've already tried unsyncing and resyncing all of the calendars on my iPhone (i.e. I turned off iCloud calendar syncing, deleted all calendar info on my iPhone, then turned iCloud calendar syncing back on). No luck.
When I make an entry in Calendar on Outlook 2007 I get a message that it will not show up in Reminders because it being saved in to a file that is not supported. How do I correct this issue? The appointement itself will show up on my iphone's calendar.
I have an iPhone 4s running iOS 5.1 (although I had this same issue on my 3GS previously.)I have my calendar and mail synced with my work, which is using Microsoft Exchange. My issue is with the notes in some calendar entries (always meeting invitations.) They don't always show all the note content. Even with the "Show all notes" option is available. It's inconsistent - some show all the note content properly, others don't.
I have multiple subscribed calendars that I normally turn off in the Calendar app. But as best as I can tell, showing calendars in the Notification Center is all or nothing. I will see upcoming events on all the calendars which tends to leave the calendars I want to see in Notifications lost in the noise of too much information. Is there a way to control which celendars' upcoming events show up in Notifications and which do not?
The sync process between iPhone and Outlook 2003 does not add new appointments entered in Outlook to transfer to iPhone. I have tried all the steps in Apple Support including uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. I have checked the boxes in iTunes - Device - Info - Advanced to "Replace information on this iPhone" "Calendars". Still no luck???
We just switched to MS Exchange Online and when we create a calendar meeting or appt in MS Outlook it shows up on the iphones and ipads as a day later, also shows up as an all-day event. We have 5 iPhones 4 and 4s in the office on both AT&T and Verizon and all have the same issues.
I travel a lot to different timezones with my iPhone, and have just got back from India which is 4.5 hour ahead of the UK. Since getting back and resetting the timezone in General - Date & Time to London, I've found what seems to be a bug.
I have my iPhone synced to our Exchange server at work.
When I received ICS meeting requests from anyone, the meeting request notification that appears shows the time in India Time Zone, even though if I then open the request it's shown as the correct time in my Calendar and in the details of the request.
As mentioned, I'm set the the correct timezone in Date & Time. And in Calendar settings I've tried with TimeZone Support both on and off, but nothing makes a difference.
I have also tried rebooting the iPhone. I haven't done a restore yet as I have loads of stuff on there and it takes ages to restore.
